XXDLiuFacilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good.
Hygiene: clean
Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

GGuest UserThe location is great for shopping and sightseeing, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast is highly recommended for its value, and the coffee is especially delicious. I don't usually drink coffee, but I had three cups each without any problems. The rooms and restaurant both exude a Florentine atmosphere.

If you are looking for service, sorry please dont expect anything.
At least 3 calls for room service (refilling our shampoo). No one will reply to your email. We have left our personal belongings there, still no reply even we’ve contacted via trip.com and personal email.
One of the lobby restuarant is under construction, dont know if this is the reason of a bad smell in the public area.

DDatouaixiaojiaoThe location is fantastic, right by the train station. Just be aware it's tucked away in a courtyard, so keep an eye out for the entrance. Service was excellent; they were incredibly helpful with our luggage, even bringing it directly to our room. Our suite was wonderful. Despite its historical character, it was exceptionally well-maintained, offering a genuine feel of a grand European family home. A good selection of snacks and drinks were provided. The bathtub was a welcome amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Big plus! Our room was named 'Mona Lisa'.

MModouletianFacilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy.
Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there.
Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out.
Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily.
Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

GGuest UserThe decor is like a guesthouse from the 1990s, but the price is like a five-star hotel. The location is excellent, behind the Bargello Museum, and within a 10-minute walk of any attraction. However, it's very old and shabby, and the shampoo and conditioner are terrible.

GGuest UserThe hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

GGuest UserLocation was quite far from the main tourism spots of Firenze. Area felt safe though, so I didn't mind walking to the tram. This hotel is very close to the airport which was super convenient, either a 5 min taxi ride or 10 min tram (1 stop). Service was lovely, but the hotel itself wasn't luxurious if you're a fancy person. But I was still comfortable and the room was cozy and nice. There were some extra pillows in the room which was a nice touch because I like a lot of pillows. Great for a budget stay!
