The experience was really bad. The front desk struggled to sort out our booking for ages because we had made two separate reservations. The hotel's location is very close to the train station, which means it gets quite noisy at night. Florence isn't that big overall, so it might actually be better to stay a bit further out.

This is a 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. 1. It's directly across from the Firenze S.M. train station, literally just a crosswalk away, which is incredibly convenient. 2. You can walk to the Duomo in just 12 minutes, and the route is lined with shops where you can buy and eat things. Be aware that because it's near the train station square, there are quite a few homeless people around. Service: The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. Facilities: The bathroom was very clean, and all the amenities were complete and worked well. Great value for money: We were very pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony with a view (as pictured). The balcony was also quite large, with a coffee table and two rattan chairs. This hotel made our stay in Florence even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
