Hotel Atlantic Palace
8.6 (61 reviews)

Hotel Atlantic Palace ★★★★

📍 Via Nazionale, 12, San Lorenzo, Florence

"The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk, and Conad supermarket is also nearby. It's a 6-minute walk to the morning flower market, and all attractions are within walking distance. The classic room, at 20 square meters, is okay, but the shower in the bathroom is very small and cramped. At over 1300 yuan per night, the price is a bit high, and the value for money is average, but its good location is its main advantage."

aparto Florence Manifattura

aparto Florence Manifattura ★★

📍 Via Tartini 13, Santa Maria Novella, Florence

"clean and pretty hostel! service was also amazing. bed was comfortable. room was spacious. has water purifyer and vending machine (fair priced). also, all the hostel rooms are in the same flior so you don't have to wait for elevator forever. the only thing is the location. it's far from center. you have to take bus but the bus is only 3-4 times an hour and usually get delayed or even cancelled."

Grand Hotel Baglioni

Grand Hotel Baglioni ★★★★

📍 Piazza dell'Unità Italiana, 6, San Lorenzo, Florence

"The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Rooms keep their historic charm being stuffed with the cutting edge equipment. The restaurant upstairs is a MUST ! FANTASTIC view of the Brunelleschi cupola!"

Hotel Machiavelli Palace
8.5 (119 reviews)

Hotel Machiavelli Palace ★★★

📍 Via Nazionale 10, San Lorenzo, Florence

"The bathroom was tiny, barely big enough for a man to stand in comfortably, and I, a woman, couldn't even turn around. The noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit was so loud; I only managed to sleep for two hours on the first night."

Plus Florence ★★

📍 Via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria, 15, Florence

"The room is great and new, and the bathroom is very comfortable. The only downside is that it's right next to the driveway, so it was incredibly noisy at night with cars passing by every two minutes, making it impossible to sleep."

Sette Angeli Rooms
8.6 (136 reviews)

Sette Angeli Rooms ★★★★

📍 Via Nazionale, 31, Florence

"Geographically, it's the TOP! It's a shame the bathroom isn't up to par. It needs a little renovation every now and then given the amount of tourists that invade Florence!"

Mercure Firenze Centro

📍 Cin: It048017a1riewiogs, Via Nazionale, 21/23 R, Santa Maria Novella, Florence

"Very convenient location near to the train station friendly staff room is clean."

Oltrarno 1881 Apartments ★★★★

📍 Piazza dei Nerli, 11, San Frediano, Florence

"Everything was good at the beginning. Place was good, location was good. Then, some creatures came in to the house from bath. We try to cover for first two days but their numbers increased day by day. You need to think twice before you stay in this house"

C-Hotels Joy

C-Hotels Joy ★★★★

📍 Via degli Orti Oricellari, 30, Santa Maria Novella, Florence

"The location is excellent, very close to the train station, and it's quite clean. The front desk staff were also nice. The only downside is that the room was too small. To get a slightly larger room, we had to pay an extra 30 euros per night. Even after paying, the room was still not very big overall. Another drawback is that the shower head only offered a top-down spray; the handheld one couldn't be fixed to the rail, which was very inconvenient."

"Hotel location is very good, convenient transportation, and there is a small square in front, we chose a room with a balcony, facing the small square is very beautiful. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good, I forgot to take a photo."

Hotel Spadai Hotels in Florence

Hotel Spadai

"An absolutely fantastic hotel with a lot of character! It's just a 100-meter walk to the Duomo, and you can even see it from your window. All the major attractions are within a 10 to 20-minute walk. If you get tired from shopping, you can easily pop back to the room to rest or use the restroom, which is much more convenient than finding one outside, and then head back out to explore. The bathroom is large and clean, and it even has a big Jacuzzi tub. The bed is super big and comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, the double-glazed windows block out all the noise, so it's perfectly quiet. Breakfast is also very good, and the coffee is excellent. All the staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I especially loved their staircase; the lighting and shadows give it a really stylish feel."

Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden Hotels in Florence

Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden

"Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip."

Hotel Atlantic Palace ★★★★
"Great location to visit the city and very convenient if you arrive by train. The room was clean, the equipment is not very recent but still more than worthy. Good quality breakfast, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Courteous and helpful staff. I definitely recommend."

Grand Hotel Baglioni ★★★★
"The room was absolutely amazing, really high-end. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit was incredibly sweet – just fantastic. The staff were also very good, and the items in the minibar were great. However, the 'smart rooms' are actually two rooms joined together, separated by a door that doesn't open. Apparently, this place attracts a lot of Koreans, and my neighbors were Korean. If you know, you know – the soundproofing isn't great. My neighbors were incredibly noisy late into the night."

Sette Angeli Rooms ★★★★
"The hotel is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and a five-minute walk from the Duomo. There's a supermarket in front of the station, a 1.19 euro shop two doors down from the hotel, and a cafeteria (trattoria?) directly across from the hotel that's open from 6am until late at night. Their focaccia is about 2 euros cheaper than other places. Overall, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful. During my stay, I locked my room key in after a staff member had gone home and was locked out. Another guest had to call the owner to explain the situation, causing a huge commotion. They even came over on their motorbike late at night just to unlock the room for me. I regret not being able to express my thanks and apologies in person when a different staff member checked out the next day. The room was very clean, the shower water pressure and temperature were perfect, and the heating worked well, keeping me warm and free of any issues. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence."

"The most satisfying hotel of the entire trip, though also the most expensive. We stayed on the first floor which had a small courtyard. We enjoyed the brilliant blue night sky while sitting in the courtyard, sipping free coffee from the lobby."

Oltrarno 1881 Apartments ★★★★
"An incredible experience of simple but excellent detail and sumptuous furnishing in this wonderful apartment. Very comfortable for 4 adults . We were 3 . We took the secret garden apartment for a 5 day visit . It was beyond our own expectations having read the reviews - It is run by the Hotel but it’s an independent building away from the Hotel . The hotel are available for any assistance and we found them extremely helpful . Every day we were overjoyed with the style and comfort of this beautiful apartment furnished in the best and most comfortable furnishings- this is a smart apartment- learn how to use the IT and you are off to a great stay . Wifi - Bluetooth- TV and full smart features. Instructions on all appliances on the tablet - go look about and you will find your directions and answers to your questions- if not call the hotel who were extremely helpful . Take cloths for the kitchen - and cleaners for the WC . Nothing apart from towels are provided for the bathrooms. Dishwasher - washer dryer and heated towel rails all excellent. Only negative is that there is no where in the bathrooms to place your toiletries- as it’s no minimal in design - however we got over it as we are aesthetically obsessed- well I am 😌. If you are used to self catering this is a class of its own . And great value in one of the best and coolest parts of town in the heart of San Lorenzo- 15 mins stroll to the Ponte Vecchio. We would return without question. It was like staying in a designer show flat and we loved every minute. Enjoy ."
