C-Hotels Club

Besides the location and service, the place is quite small. There were a couple of Black people loitering downstairs next door, doing nothing. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the main thing was, around 5 AM, I felt like someone was constantly swiping a card at my door. It felt like someone was trying to get in in the middle of the night, which was really dangerous. I couldn't sleep all night. Then, around 6:30 AM, it started again. I've traveled a lot and never experienced anything like this; it was terrifying. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs.

The location near the train station is great, and the breakfasts are good. Getting up there is a bit of a climb, but overall everything was fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because my train arrived in Florence at night, and it was really close to the station, which made me feel safe as the area didn't seem unsafe and there were plenty of people around. Amenities were almost non-existent, but the hotel was minimally clean. The breakfast was good, with a nice ambiance, typical of what you'd find in a four-star Italian restaurant. Since Florence is a small city, the location was great – I could easily walk to all the attractions, including Ponte Vecchio. Perhaps it's popular with Japanese tours, as there were a lot of Japanese guests.

The advantage is its proximity to the train station, and it's within walking distance of the Florence Cathedral area. However, the room is tiny, the elevator is tiny, and there's no elevator to the 4th floor, so you have to walk up from the 3rd. Also, because it's so close to the train station, there are many Black people gathering downstairs at night, which makes it feel very unsafe. A hotel of this quality wouldn't cost more than 500 RMB in China.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which was perfect for traveling with my elderly parents. Florence isn't a big city, so it was also an easy walk to the city center. The price was significantly cheaper compared to other hotels of similar quality. Being a chain hotel, I'd definitely recommend it. The only downside was that both of our rooms were on the 4th floor. There's an elevator up to the 3rd floor, but you have to take the stairs from there to the 4th, which was a bit of a struggle for the elderly, especially those with mobility issues. If you have any mobility concerns, I'd definitely recommend informing the hotel in advance.

Right next to the train station, super easy to find. The facilities are new and the breakfast is good too. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! The environment was comfortable and the location was good. We were a family with kids and colleagues staying together this time, and it was very close to Florence's attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
