"The hotel's location is quite remote, with almost nothing around it. If you're a tourist, it's very inconvenient. The description mentioned that taxis are easy to find, but in reality, it's not that convenient and quite expensive. I couldn't hail a taxi at all, and for Uber, since Italy doesn't seem to allow regular cars for Uber (only premium ones), it's not easy to get one either. You often have to wait ten to twenty minutes, and the price is usually around 70 euros. A round trip would be 140 euros a day. If you add that cost to the room rate, you could easily book a much better hotel in the city center, which would also be convenient for sightseeing and likely offer a better breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel, I'd say, is just average and doesn't quite match its star rating.
However, if you're traveling for business, it might be a good option.
Out of 100 points, I'd give it a 70. I wouldn't really recommend it to tourists."

MMaryHotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

GGurjeet DExcellent hotel, excellent staff, location is slightly off centre but not too far of a walk to the central touristy spots. Nice pool and spa, really recommend - can be overcrowded but manageable. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast only from 7:30-10:30am. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.

GGuest UserThe service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

Breakfast was limited to one item, and the worst part was the mandatory £50 staff fee upon check-out – something I haven't encountered in my thirty-plus years in Europe. The location was terrible; parking was impossible, and the place was a mess, with a Starbucks right next door. There were portraits of the Qi family members in the room, which was quite unsettling. I didn't book the most basic room type; the window faced a courtyard. The only redeeming qualities were the large bathroom and the spa on the first floor, but reservations were required. In short, I will never stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to any friends.

TTDHOThere are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

GGuest UserBe sure to specify at the front desk what type of room you expect to stay at. If you're not satisfied with the room, ask for a new one if they have available. I booked a superior room with river view, but got the worst version of it. Yes, the room had a small river view, but was very mediocre compared to the photos online. I realized this on the last night and asked to be moved to a better room (of the same price), which was faaaar prettier on the second floor with two windows. But I made a mistake in not asking earlier. The hotel also surprise you with a 10-15% service charge at check out that I did not expect. Just a heads up.

MMilenioHotel provides a free shuttle to the tram stop which is amazing and easy to communicate with, far from the city but it wasn’t a big issue, staff is sweet and kind rooms are clean and nice.

GGuest UserI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
