Linens and towels was very old, I have to ask the receptionist to have someone change my duvet as it smells really bad. There's also small cockroaches in the room. And the most disappointing part is there's no hot water at all! The good thing is that it was located in the center of the city. There's a lot of restaurants near the hotel and just a few minutes walk to robinson mall. Staff was flexible and friendly.

Oh no here we go again. I forgot about the very same issues the last time i stayed here 2.5 years ago. No hot water. No television service even though the tv is present. Shower not too clean.

ang smooth ng check in and check out. accomodating staffs, clean area, comfy place, comfortable ang stay. definitely recommended!

I have found some peace here. Although the air con is not functioning, I have enjoyed my peaceful stay. So, thank you!

Malinis yung and very convenient yung location. However, konti lamg amenities. No slippers din. You also need to rent a hair dryer for small fee. Haha. Pero okay na rin for the price. Meant for short stays.

The hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and accessible. Overall, I had a relaxing experience and would gladly consider staying here again on my next visit. Although the bath towels needs upgrading.

Staff was so nice ..very helpful and accmmodating..also water refelling station was provided hit and cold.i will book again in the future

The staffs were accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, AC was cold, bed was comfortable, WIFI was stable. But hindi namin nagamit ang tv 🥺. It's a budget hotel. A recommended for staycation, not luxurious but comfortable and affordable. Worth the price.

Go Hotels Ermita Manila "The hotel is beautiful. My only concerns are that outside noise travels easily into the room, and the bathroom grouting needs some attention. Overall, I was still happy with the room."
