"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Amsterdam Central Station, making it super convenient for public transport like buses, trains, trams, and ferries. From the airport, you can just tap your bank card (with a contactless symbol) to enter and exit the stations. Just remember to always check in and check out, or else you'll be charged for the entire route! The hotel charges a 200 Euro deposit upon check-in, and the water in the room's mini-fridge is not complimentary. Chinatown and [Red Light District] are both within walking distance. You can also easily take a train to The Hague and Rotterdam; both are close enough for a day trip."

"I enjoyed my stay, we arrived early and we were able to check in. Rooms were ok, twin beds, shower, tea station. There was a blow dryer in the room also, everything worked fine. Great location 10mins walk from the train station, one stop away by train to the airport and about 25 mins to Amsterdam Central. Breakfast was good also pastires, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and beans and then fruit and cold meats."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute bus ride to the airport. We booked the Budget Ibis because the regular Ibis was fully booked. The decor and facilities are a bit more basic, but overall, it was a decent experience. It's really good value for money if you're looking for a hotel for an early flight. Plus, the croissants and mini Dutch pancakes at breakfast were absolutely delicious!"

"1. **Room:** A bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It had air conditioning, an electric kettle (which looked like blue and white porcelain), adjustable lighting, and more. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched. 2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco. On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again. 3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. 4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station. 5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk. 6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine."

"It’s fantastic, I’ve had a blast the moment I stepped into the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is amazing. The ceilings are high, the room is clean, and the bathtub was delightful. Customer service also did great and made the process easy."

"The hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the path is pretty flat, which is great when you're dragging luggage. (Picture 1 shows the view from the metro exit.) Rooms are cleaned daily. There aren't any individual shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, just a single shower gel, but that's pretty standard for European hotels. The pillows are quite high but not hard; I found them easy to sink into and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was good most of the time. I couldn't find an on/off switch for the air conditioning, only temperature adjustments. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was a bit funny – it would go dark after a few minutes! The staff were friendly and efficient. Other than check-in, check-out, and storing luggage, I didn't interact with them much. Luggage storage is free, which is a nice perk. After checking out, there's a restroom, sofa, and charging ports on the ground floor, which is perfect for a quick refresh before heading to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to eat before heading back. Although the room isn't huge, the bed is small and the layout is well-designed, making it surprisingly functional. We could open two large suitcases at once. Overall, it's quite similar to a budget hotel back home, but prices are bound to vary due to location, especially during tulip season when they definitely go up. For the price, it's still decent value for money."

"Very satisfied. The room was great, with a small shoe-changing area right by the entrance. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle is free. If you want to go to the city center, you can take the shuttle to the airport and then the train – it takes about half an hour in total. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from the stop near the hotel. The price was also reasonable, actually more cost-effective than staying in the city. If you're planning to visit Keukenhof to see the flowers, it's even more convenient as there are buses from the airport to Keukenhof."

"The location is perfect for visiting Amsterdam - a lovely trip 15 mins on the free ferry to Amsterdam central station. Also, plenty of cool bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, a minus point for Hilton, if you’re a member of Hilton Honors, don’t expect to get any points - Hilton doesn’t award them unless you book through them (likely at a higher price of course!)."
