DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam – Ndsm Wharf ★★★★
"Is right opposite Amsterdam central via Ferry at F4 terminal. Night time lots of restaurants, but day time nothing much except 1 or 2 open. Albert Heij is walking distance, ferry every 15 min. Very safe and convenient."

Hotel de Hallen ★★★★
"Facilities: Relatively new Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: The external surroundings are average, but the hotel's interior is good. Service: Decent A rare modern minimalist design hotel in Europe. The facilities are quite new, and the cleanliness and bedding are good. It's quite similar to some design hotels in China, definitely worth staying at."

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre ★★★★
"The location is really bad. You have to cross a bridge to get to the hotel, and the wind on the bridge is so strong it makes you question your life choices. The breakfast has a good variety, but for this price, you could easily stay near Central Station, which has much better transport links."

Hotel Not Hotel Amsterdam ★★★
"This fancy and fun hostel is an easy and accessible part of town. It's very cute and unique. The rooms are fine - they are small of course because it is a hostel. You will not get all of the amenities of a hotel, but the place is clean and the beds comfy. We were sad that there weren't more people hanging around in the common areas, but we made it lively and on the second night there were more folks around. The bar and restaurant are closed; but they will make you an amazing coffee in the morning (Melania is a genius!) and there is a snack bar with alcohol for purchase (including full bottles of wine if that's what you're looking for). The entire team is very nice - especially Tamara! They made us feel right at home and definitely made us want to come back and visit again! Lots to do in the area for sure, but also a quick and easy tram ride straight into Central Amsterdam. Overall, a very good experience for the price."
