The 24-hour front desk service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The room design is modern, clean, and spacious, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped, making you feel right at home. The hotel is located near the beach with a nice view from the window. However, this also means it's a bit of a distance from public transport stops, though the scenery along the way is pleasant, and the surrounding area offers convenient amenities. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, with a creative and stylish design. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended for independent travelers!

Guest UserThe service is excellent and the location is also excellent. Although it is not newly renovated, it does not look old at all. Guests staying in the hotel can also make priority reservations for the Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel. Attached is the menu for reference

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right by the square and Queen's Department Store. I highly recommend it; getting around is super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (except for a few in the restaurant who seemed to be from Southeast Asia; they spoke to you as if they were scolding you, and their attitude was quite rude, which really detracted from the overall staff image). Breakfast was quite plentiful, and the room size was decent and quiet. However, due to the layout, you could only fully open one large suitcase without it getting in the way of walking.

tan weekarThe hotel is about 20-25 mins tram stop away from the center of AMS, and stops at most of the tourist spots.
But there are many ways to get to the hotel. From the airport, there is a metro within a very short distance.
It’s a quiet residential neighborhood to return to affer a bustling time in the city.
Within approximately 600m-1km walk there is a nice bakery, Patisserie Du Paris, a homely breakfast place Podieum and 2 supermarkets in a residential square and a very good dinner place called Noah.
Within the hotel the breakfast is a nice spread too.
The triple room we had was very spacious and the room and beddings was very comfortable.
Somehow there seems to be lack of communications within the operations and housekeeping team which lead to some inconvenience, during our stay but they were quickly rectified. Back of house team who always delivered our additional amenities request was always prompt and friendly. Shout out to front desk Anika and Lucas who were genuine in their service and that made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.

Yuii & PPhad a great 11-day stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed was consistently good, which was perfect for my longer stay. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet area slightly away from the hustle of the city. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but still very convenient—just a few meters from the Overamstel metro station, making it easy to get around.
They also have great amenities, including a lovely swimming pool and an on-site restaurant that’s both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.

Guest UserThe hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby.

Kyl jayStayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.

This hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and you can also order items. The food was delicious and it was my favorite breakfast restaurant on my European trip. I miss it so much!
The hotel was originally a converted 18th- or 19th-century ship ticket and warehouse building. It's full of character and a sense of history.
The hotel is about five minutes from the center of town, with a small canal next to it and a large river flowing in front of it. It's perfect for me, who prefers a city-friendly lifestyle without the crowds.
I forgot to bring an adapter this time and asked to borrow one from the hotel. They only sell it, not lend it. This was a first for me. However, when it rained, they were happy to lend me an umbrella.
In front of the hotel, on the river, there's a Chinese restaurant that looks like a palace on the sea, with exquisite decor.
