The 24-hour front desk service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The room design is modern, clean, and spacious, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped, making you feel right at home. The hotel is located near the beach with a nice view from the window. However, this also means it's a bit of a distance from public transport stops, though the scenery along the way is pleasant, and the surrounding area offers convenient amenities. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, with a creative and stylish design. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended for independent travelers!

Guest UserThe service is excellent and the location is also excellent. Although it is not newly renovated, it does not look old at all. Guests staying in the hotel can also make priority reservations for the Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel. Attached is the menu for reference

Under Amsterdam's twinkling canals, I stumbled into Hotel Okura, weary from cobblestone wanderings. The lobby gleamed like a golden age dream—marble floors, crystal chandeliers whispering opulence. Check-in was a breeze; the concierge, with a sly wink, upgraded me to a canal-view suite.
Sinking into silk sheets, I gazed at houseboats bobbing below. Room service arrived: stroopwafels, bitterballen, and champagne fizzing like fireworks. Midnight stroll? Nah. Instead, a random jazz playlist from the spa radio lured me to the rooftop bar. Stars, Amstel lights, a stranger's flirtatious laugh. Pure magic. Woke refreshed, Amsterdam reborn. Unforgettable stay.

Guest UserOn a two-day, one-night whirlwind trip from Paris to Amsterdam, I chose this hotel right by Dam Square. The location is fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk from the train station (we didn't have luggage, so it was quick and easy), and it's super close to both the canal district and tram stops. Plus, the guy at the front desk was really handsome and super friendly. I was also very happy with the room's facilities and amenities. I'd definitely pick this place again next time I visit!

Guest UserThe hotel's cleanliness wasn't great; there was a thick layer of dust in many areas, which made it feel like housekeeping wasn't thorough enough. It's a shame and a bit of a waste because the hotel's decor and facilities are actually quite nice, and I heard it's an older, well-established hotel. Roomkeeping definitely needs improvement. When I checked out, I mentioned the cleanliness issues to a nice guy at the front desk. He apologized and even waived the parking fee, which was really good service, hats off to him. Breakfast was standard, had everything you'd expect.

Disappointing overall experience. Poor service and customer experience; Check-in was uncomfortable due to an accusatory tone from front desk staff regarding the number of guests in the room, which felt unwelcoming and unnecessary
The breakfast promotion was poorly communicated, signage suggests an automatic early-bird discount, but a voucher must be requested at check-in, which was not clearly explained.
The Deluxe Loft Room, while clean, was not comfortable: the sofa bed was uncomfortable, the loft windows had no view, and the ceiling height near the toilet is very low, easy to hit your head. Overall, the room fell well below expectations for the price.

K#lillyThe hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone. The location was a bit isolated from everything but Bolt and Uber help make transportation easy for us. We enjoy our stay there

Kyl jayStayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.

This hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and you can also order items. The food was delicious and it was my favorite breakfast restaurant on my European trip. I miss it so much!
The hotel was originally a converted 18th- or 19th-century ship ticket and warehouse building. It's full of character and a sense of history.
The hotel is about five minutes from the center of town, with a small canal next to it and a large river flowing in front of it. It's perfect for me, who prefers a city-friendly lifestyle without the crowds.
I forgot to bring an adapter this time and asked to borrow one from the hotel. They only sell it, not lend it. This was a first for me. However, when it rained, they were happy to lend me an umbrella.
In front of the hotel, on the river, there's a Chinese restaurant that looks like a palace on the sea, with exquisite decor.
