CChristinaxuThis boutique hotel looks cute for its design, but their business practices are dishonest! I felt uncomfortable with how they treated customers. First, the room I received was not what I had paid for based on the pictures in the app. During my one-night stay, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and offered me a “special arrangement” in a secret annex. I was taken aback and suspected it was staff accommodations since I accessed my room through a different door that had a sign. When I inquired further, the hostess told me I received an “upgrade” to a canal view room because they were full. However, this room was tiny and the heating didn’t work at all. That night was freezing, and when I asked if the AC could help regulate the temperature, I learned it was only functional in summer. They didn’t have any portable heaters available either. I was shocked that the heating system was inadequate, especially in Amsterdam during the snow. The hostess later offered to switch me to another “staff” room, which I switched later, but it was still cold, and I had to sleep in my down jacket. If your hotel is fully booked, don’t allow overbooking on platforms and provide customers with staff accommodations; that’s not acceptable business practice!!! While the hostess was polite and they did give me a bag of snacks upon checkout, the fundamental purpose of staying in a hotel is to have a comfortable experience, which this stay did not provide. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, the hotel is overpriced, charging a premium for a small room that simply isn’t worth it. Think twice before booking here. They should refund half of the money I paid for my night for such a dishonest practice!

Llinli67I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing. The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there. The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them. Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.

GGuest UserGreat location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserI would say that one of the best hotel I have ever stay. So good in terms of services, view from window, and best part is the convenient location either you are coming from Amsterdam Airport or from Amesterdam Central its hardly 15 to 20 Mins.

MMsLinhVery nice and clean hostel. The reception staff were very friendly. We booked at the last minute and did not expect such a good quality room, but everything was even better than we thought. The hostel is near the ****************** and under a big bar, but it was not too noisy. Most importantly, there was no ******** smell in the room. The bathroom and toilets were also very clean. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserAmazing hostel location, rooms had spacious bunk beds, mirror and clean toilets and shower room in the room. Just a headups the the travel adapter keeps falling from the socket attached to the bed. So it's easier if you carry power bank or lighter weight travel adapter for charging.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around. With trams and other public transport nearby, you can easily access the city centre and surrounding suburbs without any hassle. But The room was a bit small, even after the upgrade, which was slightly disappointing. I expected a bit more space for an upgraded room, but it was still manageable for a short stay.

GGuest UserWe spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

Yyuta takaokaI stayed at the Amsterdam Teleport Hotel, located in the western part of Amsterdam. Although it's a bit far from the city center, its affordable price and free parking are huge draws, making it particularly convenient for those traveling by car or planning an extended stay. The exterior is adorned with colorful art, creating a unique and welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. The guest rooms are simple and functional, yet the bright color scheme is striking, giving it a more playful feel than your typical business hotel. Some rooms even have a kitchenette, which is a great bonus for self-catering or longer stays. The cleanliness was excellent, and I found it to be a comfortable base for both sightseeing and business trips. The hotel attracts a diverse clientele, from backpackers to families and groups, contributing to its international atmosphere. The price point is relatively reasonable for an Amsterdam hotel, offering excellent value for money. Access to the city center from the nearest station is good, so I didn't feel any inconvenience when visiting tourist attractions. While it's not a luxury hotel, it's a very attractive option for travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience while keeping their accommodation costs down. I'd highly recommend it as a casual and convenient base for exploring Amsterdam.

GGuest UserThe lobby of the Amsterdam Library Hotel is really the layout of the library, and the smell of books is strong when you enter the door. Less than 10 minutes from the central railway station, go left at the main entrance of the train station, cross the tram, walk along the road, there is a bus station at the entrance of the hotel, it is easy to find. The 24-hour front desk, the waiter is very enthusiastic, will tell you in detail where to go, live here safely and comfortably.
