Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport

Breakfast was a disaster. Items weren't replenished, or only very reluctantly. The selection was extremely limited (sometimes only one type of cheese and one type of sausage), and what was there was completely disorganized, jumbled together, and stale (the cheese was curled up). An unfriendly male waiter, of color, also spoke very negatively to his friendly female colleagues. All in all, it wasn't worth the money at all. And then at 12:00, they simply rearranged everything from one side of the table to the other to add the new lunch/dinner selection. Speechless!

Good location with airport shuttle service...spacious room...reasonable price...but the bathroom had a slight odor.

Shuttle bus pick up from and to airport-hotel runs whole day and night until 1AM ish. No need to book, when arrived to the airport, find Hotel Shuttle signage, the wait at A7 bus stop. There’s a timetable printed there. It stops at Ibis, Ibis Style and Ibis Budget. Spare at least 30-45 mins to the expected time arrival. Extremely convenient. But amenities provided inside the room are very limited. No water kettle for us.

The hotel is in a great location. There’s a free shuttle bus from the airport that goes directly to the hotel entrance, but the rooms are relatively small.

The room has a toilet-like smell, forcing us to open the window 24h in the chill April

The hotel room is big，the bed is comfortable，has shuttle bus to pick up and drop off to the airport. The WiFi is not good，no kettle to use，it's not convenient，the staffs are friendly．
