Hotel is by the waterfront , but under the highway and away from kokusai Dori. Initial feeling for us was not good as there were some large oil tanks next to the hotel, and the area looked somewhat industrial. There are about 30 parking spaces in the hotel and it costs ¥1500 per night. Stepping into the hotel is a different experience as there are many paintings and artwork on the first floor. The lobby also fantastic view facing the sea and sunset. We stayed on the highest floor (6f ) but I think a lower level could have been better as the highway above seems so close that it appeared in all of the photos taken from the balcony. The room was a bit small, but the interior and furniture were still quite new. You can also go to the rooftop for a beautiful view of Naha at night. The corridor leading to the rooms was probably the least attractive. It is opened air and had water everywhere as it had rained. It was also somewhat dirty and had spider webs in the corridors as well as the balcony of our room. The hotel offers some amenities for pick up in the lobby during check in. Water refills also available in the lobby and rooftop.

Got a room facing the sea, and there is bathtub. Breakfast was great, almost same everyday. Water refill at level 2 or level 7. Carpark is 1500yen/day.

The room is clean but they will not provide daily cleaning, only every other day, which is fine. Amenities are less than usual without body lotion.
The hotel also offers ice (so thoughtful !)and refill water at the lobby 24 hours.
The location is great for those who drive but might not be ideal for those who use public transportation. Parking spots are convenient which can cover around 30-40 cars.
The view is amazing! I had a really great breakfast time watching the amazing sea view! And breakfast is good as well.

Stayed 2 nights. Its just beside the harbor. Its near to Naha main shopping area but not walking distance. It's a very artistic hotel that personally I like it. Do have a few good eateries within walking distance and using google helps.

It was ok but quite out of the way and not too convenient if you do not have a car. Shower is quite small and the heat is not too consistent. Could be better overall but it is alright for a short stay and note there is construction work beside it

Very nice design with loft theme. We love the room, come with everything, it's big enough and clean. In the bathroom you can try Marin & Goetz soap amd shampoo, they are good. At first, when you come to the hotel, it feels like you are in a meuseum coz it's got a unique decoration. The breakfast is also great, we're delight to add it, you wont be disappointed. Staff of so helpful and no problem with English. Car park is available for ¥1500, not a bad deal but I just think it'd be free for customers.

The location is very unique. It’s far away but that it’s uniqueness too. It is located underneath the highway and harbor. The second floor rooms have high ceiling and face the sea. Although the hotel front faces a construction site, the room view can see big cruise ship and hear the howling winds. The first floor is also an art gallery. The room is big in terms of Japan hotel room. Has parking at 1500 yen per night.
