The airport pick-up was perfectly on time, and the driver was very helpful, assisting with our luggage. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the yogurt, which was excellent. There was a good variety of coffee flavors to choose from. They also have paid washing machines and dryers available. The facilities are very comprehensive. The air conditioning in the room was very strong.

The hotel generally fell short of my expectations. The facilities were comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and communication with the front desk wasn't very smooth. Although my issues were resolved, I felt a lack of respect for guests.

I've been so busy since I got back that I haven't had a chance to leave a review, but I absolutely have to give this place a proper 5-star rating! The airport pickup and drop-off service was already amazing, the hotel facilities are excellent, and the surrounding environment is incredibly comfortable...

If you're a solo Chinese traveler considering this place, be cautious. I found their driver to be very irresponsible and dishonest. We had a scheduled pick-up, but he never showed up. If it weren't for someone as persistent as me, I would have been completely taken advantage of. I literally stood there for three hours, and his car never appeared. He then claimed I was in the wrong spot, but thankfully, I had timestamped photos and video recordings, otherwise, proving my point would have been impossible.

I rarely leave bad hotel reviews, but this one was truly a nightmare. The bedsheets had stains, and the king-size duvet cover had a single-size comforter inside. The hygiene was terrible, and the bathroom drain was clogged! The worst part was that I was incredibly itchy all night, it was unbearable! Seriously, do not book this hotel. This is my genuine experience.

Despite confirming multiple times, I still missed the hotel's shuttle service, waiting for an hour for nothing. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel, which cost over 20 euros. Other than that, I was very satisfied. The hotel rooms are spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and both the front desk staff and the driver for the airport transfer were very friendly.
