Zaixu·Manju Hotel (Guiyang White House Art Centre, Songhua Road Metro Station)

I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival, the front desk took us to view the rooms first and offered us a discounted upgrade. It was a fantastic deal, much cheaper than booking online, so we upgraded to a view room. The view of the 白宫, 海豚广场, and the 双子塔 was stunning! The location is perfect, surrounded by food options and right next to a mall open until 12 AM, all within walking distance to the 白宫 and 海豚广场. The only minor inconvenience is that the Huaguoyuan area has a lot of stairs, so going up and down constantly can be a bit tiring😂 The service was exceptional. One late night, the sweet female receptionist who checked me in insisted that I go sleep while she took care of my laundry. The next morning, I found she had dried and even hung my clothes up neatly! Please note that the hotel is inside a shared building. There is no hotel signage or name displayed outside the building, at least I did not see any, so you have to go inside to find it or call them if lost. Once on the correct floor, the front desk is located a bit further inside.

The photos they have posted on trip.com are true. The rooms are clean and the view is amazing, overlooking the entire Huaguoyuan CBD. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They even made us see the rooms first for approval before checking us all in. The location is convenient although it took awhile for us to locate the hotel since it's on the 31st floor and you have to go down the stairs to get in the building.

Hotel is a bit old and tired as there are patches everywhere, dusty corners etc. But coilunter staff is really nice and patience

Amazing hotel, great location by the metro with a lot of nice local restaurants outside. The view is outstanding and amenities are great for the price.

Location is pretty good, surrounded by food stalls. Room is pretty, not really on the functional side but I enjoyed my stay. The concierge is very helpful and friendly. She even let us choose the room by showing us a few different rooms. The lift here is shared by the whole building, so it's a little slow. Whatever we need, we just wechat her and she will bring it to our room. Toilet has no bidet and toilet roll, but they supplied box tissues. Pretty good stay i guess, and the view from the room is amazing!
