"First off, the hotel is a 25-30 minute walk from the city center. While there are public transport options nearby, we preferred to explore the city on foot. We were very pleased with the breakfast; there was a great variety of choices. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. Since we stayed in May, we didn't have any issues with the heat, but I imagine a fan might not be enough in July or August. I was also happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and we didn't encounter any problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful too."

"I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but the city isn't that big, and public transportation is convenient with a metro and bus station nearby. Slippers are provided in the room, and there's a small fridge (unfortunately empty), but nothing else. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very large and roomy. The TV is only about 30 inches, which is uncommon for hotels nowadays, but thankfully, everyone just uses their phones, so I never turned on the TV. The breakfast was good, with smoked salmon and a chef making omelets, but there was only one vegetarian hot dish, which I guess is typical for Europe."

"The room is quite spacious, and the location is excellent. It's only about a 2-minute walk from the train station. On the first floor, there's free water and coffee available. The bathroom amenities are a 3-in-1 body, shampoo, and hand wash. The hairdryer is wall-mounted, and there are outlets next to the bed. The bed itself is quite comfortable. If you need to catch a train or go to the airport, this location is perfect. The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low, but the showerhead's massage mode is very comfortable. There's no fridge or kettle in the room, but you can get hot water from the first floor. Overall, it's great value for money."

"When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk—Artur was alone, taking orders at the bar, and didn't notice me right away. While it was evening and there should be 2 receptionists, given the increasing demand at the bar in the evening, I had to wait for Arthur who made a cocktail at the bar. After filling out the form, I was forced to wait again for Arthur, who was dealing with a client in the luggage room who claimed his bag was missing. After Arthur gave my keys, I eventually went to the room with no available space on the lower level, and I was forced to return to reception to change rooms, but again, there was no one at reception or in the bar!!!After I had to wait, Arthur returned, but after speaking with a guest from Gran Canaria, he left again. After another forced wait, Arthur returned and eventually gave me a room with a free bed on the bottom bunk, but I wasted a lot of time! There should be several staff members at reception in the evening, not just Arthur, who is also the manager!"

"The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, KLM had lost our luggage, and when I told the front desk lady, she was incredibly kind. She gave us lots of toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and even told us where to buy emergency clothes. She was super enthusiastic! The room was a bit small for two people, but considering the cheap price, it was still great value for money."

"The hotel is in a really good area regarding transport, bus stop outside which takes 10-15 minutes into Vienna city centre, breakfast you have a decent variety and a good selection of drinks. On to the room, could be better, decor is run down and looks very tired, thankfully it’s just a place to sleep, saying that the bed is rock hard and quite uncomfortable. Mattress is very thin and when asked for another duvet it never arrived. The bed we did have creeked every time we moved so I’ll advise to lay very still. Shower pressure was very up and down, so was the temperature. Price for the hotel and breakfast overall was good but would definitely stay elsewhere when next in Vienna just for a better nights sleep."

Rrika487Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

AAnonymous UserThis was my second stay at this hotel, and while it was quite a bit more expensive than last year, the overall quality is still very good. The room was spacious with a small kitchen and all the necessary facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Do note that daily housekeeping isn't provided during your stay, and you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is excellent, right next to the central train station, making it super convenient for getting around. There are several other hotels of a similar standard nearby, but this one offers better value for money.

There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked. The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped. A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

Overall impression: Pros: • Excellent location — right on the pedestrian street and only a 3-minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. All major attractions within the Inner Stadt are within easy walking distance. • The double bed actually consists of two separate mattresses, so you won’t disturb each other during sleep. • Two separate duvets provided, which is convenient. Cons: • The room had a musty smell upon entry; I had to open the window to air it out. • Since the hotel faces the pedestrian street, it’s extremely noisy — crowds during the day, drunk people shouting at night, and in the early morning hours, street sweepers and sanitation workers make it impossible to sleep. • If you close the window to block the noise, the room becomes very stuffy because the bathroom ventilation doesn’t work at all. • The bathtub design is awkward, with mold visible on the tiles. No matter how carefully you shower, water still splashes onto the bathroom floor. • The toilet flush is weak and can’t even handle toilet paper properly. • The carpet is dirty, and the fabric chairs are stained as well. For a hotel charging over €200 per night, guests deserve a cleaner and more comfortable room environment.

DDomicchaI was worried about the time it would take to get around since it's a bit far from the old town, but there's a bus stop right in front and a tram stop a short walk away, so getting around was absolutely no problem. The room, although a bit dated, was kept very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also used the breakfast service, and the selection was much better than I expected. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

WWilliam ASmartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you.

UU38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF. Superclean! Good staff for cooking. The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys. I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
