"Overall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities."

"The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The service is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is quite unique. However, the hygiene condition was disappointing. When I checked in, I found some hair on the bed and towels, and the carpet was not very clean either. I even stepped on a relatively large metal fragment on the floor. Another major drawback is that there is almost no proper desk or working space in the room. I had to use the bedside table as a temporary desk, which is quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or researchers who need to work on a laptop."

"Arrived in the evening via Vienna Airport Bus, it passed by the hotel so it was easy to find. It was also rather accessible as it was only a short walk away from a metro station. You have to request for cleaning at the reception if you want it though, since they are doing a charity program. Our room was still clean without daily cleaning."

"On a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!"

"unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough."

"Pros: 1: Great location, directly opposite the Central Station. If you want to access it from inside the station, look for the revolving door behind Picture 1 to enter the Icon mall, then find the exit next to the store in Picture 2, and you'll be right across the street. 2: Friendly staff. 3: Although the breakfast selection is small, it's fresh and tasty, and the cereal is delicious. 4: The toiletries smell nice. You can ask the front desk for toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. However, they had run out of slippers and said housekeeping would bring them, but they never arrived even after more than an hour. Cons: 1: Too few power outlets in the room; only a USB port by the bed, which charges very slowly. 2: No phone in the room, and no 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' signs. 3: The bathroom light and exhaust fan are integrated, and the fan is very loud. 4: Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Light sleepers should be cautious. 5: The most unbearable issue was the low water pressure on the 3rd floor. It took ages for my long hair to get wet, and the water was either cold or scalding hot."

QQimixiaoairen。Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all great. However, the experience on the last day was a bit frustrating. Even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, the cleaning staff still knocked on my door multiple times (about three times) between 8 and 9 AM. Then, around 10 AM, they knocked again. I even opened the door and explained that I needed to rest, but the situation didn't improve. This was quite bothersome, and I hope the hotel can improve their communication and management regarding this.

There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked. The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped. A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

I'd like to share my experience. **What I particularly liked:** - **Location.** The hotel is conveniently located – major attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport ride away. There are cafes and shops nearby, which is very handy. - **Cleanliness and comfort.** The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bed linen and towels are always fresh. The interior is modern and well-designed – you can feel the care taken for guests' comfort. - **Service.** The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. They answer any questions quickly, help with organizing excursions, and provide city recommendations. - **Tap water.** I especially want to highlight the water quality – it's absolutely clean, with no strange smells or tastes. You can safely drink it straight from the tap, which was a big plus for me. - **Breakfast.** The morning meal was delightful with its variety: fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, hot dishes – there's plenty to choose from. **Conclusion:** The Moons hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and a great location. I recommend it for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna!

GGuest UserHotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

LLambertlanboThe location seems a bit out of the way, but luckily, I'm used to long commutes in China. You need to take the light rail and then the subway to get downtown. The hotel service is decent; they lend universal adapters for free. The only catch is that you have to pay extra for a Danube River view from any room! European hotel rooms are all about the same size. There's a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for quick meals. Plus, there's a DM supermarket where you can buy daily necessities!

FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs. The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth. Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient. GGuest UserFirst of all I had a trouble with the self checking and Adam was so nicely helped me. I appreciate his kindness a lot.  Secondly we booked the room for 4 person and when we entered to the room it was not so clean an there was not complete covers for the bed and Blankers, pillows so 2 of us was not able to sleep at all. It was nearly in the morning when we arrived so every time when i called them Adam was reachable and he asked us to change the room which was too much fo us so we stayed in the room. It was our choice cause we had early morning meeting so it was ok to prepare and just leave.  The check out process was too quick the cleaning group came 10 minutes before and it was ok for us to leave directly.  Dear Adam, thank you so much for your kindness and for the hotel management I would say to pay attention to your cleaning group.
