Really liked it! It was clean and simple. The only minor issues were that the entrance was a bit hard to find, and there was no kettle.

Extremely clean, I've rarely seen such a clean hotel. The location is very good for Vienna; everything is nearby.

Check-in was friendly. The ladies at the breakfast entrance were very rude. Checking in two hours early is supposed to cost euros. That's a rip-off. The absolute worst was the safe. I found the previous guest's ID, driver's license, photos, and other personal belongings inside. The staff member's reaction was abysmal. I asked about a finder's fee from the hotel. He arrogantly replied that it was the guest's responsibility.
