Vienna|0.34km from downtown
Hotel location is super good, play: 5-10 minutes walk from many attractions, St. Stephen's Church, Pink Church, Hofburg Palace, National Museum, State Opera, St. Peter's Church, Golden Hall, Mozart House; The surrounding big names are gathered here, not listed here, ecco and Swarovski are super cheap. Eat: There are supermarkets downstairs, water and fruit, and many distinctive red restaurants. In short, it is especially suitable for bringing children, the elderly travel, you can go back to the hotel at any time. The only fly in the ointment is that the hotel was built in 18** and the facilities are a bit old.

The hotel itself is particularly good, the view is unbeatable, and the intimate slippers are provided. Breakfast can be described as rich. There are porridge, fritters and pickles. The location is particularly good. Downstairs are the large transfer stations of the Vienna Metro & # 128647 ;, suburban trains, and S7 and CAT airport special lines. Especially convenient! Highly recommended & # 128077;

The breakfast is super rich, and the freshly ground coffee in the lobby bar is also very good. It is only a 5-minute walk to the central railway station. The hotel with children under 5 years old will give you a small bed, and friends of all sizes can sleep comfortably!

Great location, just a few steps to the right to go to Central Cafe. Going to the left for a while is the entrance of Mingdian Street. It has been a lively business district all the time. The room size is small, but the layout is reasonable, does not appear cramped and crowded, and is generally comfortable.

Very good service and really a nice hotel. The roof terrace is a dream, the pool is small, but you can still swim well thanks to the counter-current system. The view is phenomenal. An all round perfect stay. Will definitely come back.

The room is large, the front desk service is super good, and the waiter took the initiative to send luggage to the room. As we just walked, the car just picked up did not get navigation. Thanks to an Asian-looking waiter at the front desk to help set up and adjust, I recommend staying! All attractions are within walking distance

Awesome stay at the hotel, the deluxe street view room, upgraded to a suite, the room is large, the mini bar is also free to drink, the living room is suitable for a family to eat and drink around the table! There are huge trees outside the window, and the sun shines through the leaves and spills into the room, very comfortable! Location is also good, walking 200 meters is the Grand Palace, 100 meters and Chinese restaurant, very pleasant stay experience

Although, the location is not bad, you can walk to the commercial street; Although there is a park next to it, surrounded by greenery Although, breakfast is okay, However, the Armani, Intercontinental, Kempinski, and Mandarin hotels that lived in this line were more impressive than it, so this is the most unsatisfactory hotel. The price is not high, the evaluation

The room is really great, the view is great, the breakfast is also great, the view on the top floor is invincible, I also watched a sunrise, and I drank a glass of wine at night. There is a subway station opposite, one stop to Stephen's Cathedral, but two people should take a taxi, cheap and good cars. Rating 4.5, the pre-authorization deposit has not been released for half a month.

Very nice chain hotel, this one is located next to the Danube Park, two steps away, the environment is very good, and the surrounding traffic is very convenient. The subway U1 line can be reached within 500m, and you can directly reach the city center by taking the subway. The airport bus runs directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Palace of Beauty. There is a small supermarket and a tram stop nearby, and a taxi to Hofburg costs about 14 Euros. Booked two rooms that are different, some have coffee machines, breakfast is generous, there are hot scrambled eggs with bacon, pancake, small sausages, and bread is also very good.

Hotel apartment facilities are extremely complete, compared to ordinary hotels, there are a lot of things such as a mini kitchen, the hotel location is slightly away from the city center but the price is reasonable, uber goes to the city 9 euros

Vienna|0.84km from downtown
Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1600, the hotel service level is high, breakfast is good. There is a Hop on Hop off city tour bus route nearby, and the Metro Sweden Square Station is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. If you want to drive by yourself, you should pay attention, because the parking space in Vienna is really tight. I happened to have a parking space (26 euros for one night) to stop the car.

The location is very good. There is a bus to and from the airport, and the bus stop is at the door. Opposite are the subway platform and the UN Atomic Energy office building. It is surrounded by Danube Park and Vienna TV Tower landmarks. There is also a kettle in the room, suitable for Chinese habits.

I came to Vienna four times and lived here three times, every time I was very satisfied. Shopping is convenient and breakfast is OK. The doorman is also very nice. The location is OK, the subway tram has it, it is also convenient to go to Salzburg, the check-in time is strict, the hotel facilities are OK, but the design is very speechless! There is no door in the shower room! Open-ended, and once the water is turned on, the floor is oozing from the glass is water! The hotel also has to pay 50 euros and has not received a refund for a week.

Close to Vienna Central Station, transportation was good and there were many restaurants and souvenirs in the central station. It was also good to see another view because the hostel has two windows on the high floor. There were many outlets and the bed was comfortable and clean. It was very convenient even if it was three Elbes. They provided two bottles of water every day. But it's 6 euros of water on the first floor, so it's good to buy it if you need additional water. Amenities are shared and towels and toilet paper Arirang TV 101 Breakfast is delicious at McNal Pencake at McDonald's at Central Station without applying Most of the central food courts are ok Check-in and out were friendly and there was no citytex, whether it was included in the hotel fee or not The downside is that the extra bed is a bed sofa, so there is no chair when eating snacks

Awesome location | Very close to the Westbahnhof station & the tram | Quite nominal prices for a 4* experience. The basic category double room is very small, it had all the 4* amenities but was very small The hotel didn't provide a dental kit. We struggled to get one | Service could have been improved.

This hotel had no fridges in room. Hotel had NO air conditioner. Hotel window barely opened. Great location but zero ammenties. No shampoo, no bar of soap , no toothbrushes, just some gross multi pourpose body cleaner. GROSS!!! I have perhaps stayed at 11 hotels in my life total that had no refridgarator!!!Really? They cut corners EVERYWHERE. There is a safe downstairs and to be fair breakfast was tasty. But they uniformly decided to turn off the AC because they are too cheap to pay the bill!! Room was also slightly dusty and had some scratches in the walls. They didnt even have icebuckets in the room. I paid around $110 USD a night room was perhaps worth $80 USD considering the severe lack of any ammenties!!!! I would NEVER stay there again!!! Service was passable. The hotel had hardly any ammenties at all !!! Really no fridge? Really? I did like breakfast but the eggs were runny and one day they gave me a hard time because I actually like my eggs cooked and not half raw!! OJ is canned and horrid but overall a tasty breakfast lay out and good service from the food staff!!

We stayed in Vienna and booked Adina hotel at very short notice, they were very accommodating and very friendly. The staff welcomed us as we checked in late they made us feel comfortable and a attended to all of our needs. The staff were amazing they were very helpful, respectful, and polite. Roman, Barbara, and Vera were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They offered great customer service. I could not ask for anything more from these guys, they were absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. The facilities including swimming pool are amazing, I fully recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to stay in Vienna, you will not be disappointed. A big thank you to Roman, Barbara and Vera again, they are great professionals and a massive massive asset to the company. I will be back 100%.

We stayed at Mooons for a short 4 day city break in Vienna. We chose a Quartier Belvedere room which was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had loads of charging sockets and the we loved sitting in the window and watching the world go by. We timed our trip with the recent europe heatwave - but the air con was so good in the room that we did not suffer at all. We have to say that the highlight of the stay was the rooftop bar. There was a fantastic selection of cocktails and the view from the rooftop in the early evening was stunning. the staff at the rooftop bar were so welcoming and friendly - especially the two young czech waiters who we got to know quite well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Vienna - without a doubt the rooftop bar was a huge addition to an already lovely hotel.

The hotel room is small but the location is very good, walking to the cathedral and the subway station is also 5 minutes. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic. I asked if I came for the first time. I gave me a brief introduction to Vienna. I also asked how old my child was and explained to me that the child was free. On the day of leaving, I got up early in the morning and checked out and left my luggage at the front desk. After playing in the afternoon, I came back and asked the hotel to call a taxi. It took ten minutes to get to the train station.

The room was good overlooked the back of the hotel and church, shower was good and small fridge and TV with music channels. Wifi worked well staff on reception were helpful . I borrowed an adapter, printed boarding passes, advice was offered on location. Breakfast was included in our deal it was ok, cold meats, yogurt fruit, nice selection of bread. The eggs and sausages were cold but not meant to be and that was quite early in the morning. Coffee not much good again cold unless you add the hot water no breakfast tea apart from fruit teas. The older guy that was on that day couldn't be bothered when asked for some. The young tall guy much more helpful. Wouldn't have breakfast unless included in deal.Bar wasn't open so no drinks maybe if you ask they open it. No noise from building work but front of hotel covered up. Ok for 2 nights stay. AS some other people have pictured they could do with moving all the old mattresses out the back outside of the seating area in reception which is quite a nice space to sit in. There are toilets in reception which are clean. Local area has few restaurants or cafes nearby so be prepared for this. Unless you count the fast food ones at the station complex. Chinese chain there pretty reasonable.

Although the hotel is small, the location, sanitation and service are very good. And my favorite is the toilet and parking lot. The parking lot is directly connected to the basement, so it is convenient to move from the room and parking is also very convenient. The bathroom is clean and independent, and there is also a bathtub. It's good to take a half bath. I want to use it next time I come to Vienna.

Advantages: The downtown square is very close, one subway station. Convenient. Super League next door, aldi, dm across the road. Get a free soft drink. Disadvantages: The price fluctuates. The price at check-in is 1 Euro more than the Ctrip order, which may be the price difference between Ctrip booking through Binke. The room for four girls is much smaller than the picture. Strictly check in at 13:00 and check out at 10:00 am, not early or late. The luggage storage room is on the first floor, and everyone can enter when checking out in the morning. The security is not high. Breakfast is all cold and the price is not high. If you have plenty of time, you can go to nearby McDonald's for breakfast. Overall, backpackers who travel alone are recommended.

The advantage is the location. As soon as the subway is out, you can see the hotel, which is on the pedestrian street, but taxis can also go to the door. Most of the attractions can be walked. There are all shopping and shopping nearby, and you can imagine the equivalent of Shanghai. South Point Road or Wangfujing Center in Beijing. The hotel room was clean and sanitary. Although it was on the street, there was no noise. Breakfast is average, slightly lower than the average level of general European hotels, but can also be full, but there are some places similar to fast food restaurants nearby, so if the price of breakfast is much worse, it is recommended not to breakfast, but the difference is still Breakfast at the hotel would be much more convenient.

This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

This Hotel is well worth a visit . The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had everything u would want . It was great value for Vienna and only a couple of stops on the metro into town . Metro stop is only 5 min from hotel and it was 2.40 euro to travel. Also there are lovely places to eat and drink nearby . It’s a spotless clean hotel and having the pool table was great . Positive: The location 5 minutes from the metro station. And steps from Mariahilfer Strasse. The reception staff very attentive and friendly. The spacious room, excellent air conditioning. Extensive breakfast, freshly baked breads and croissants was an excellent plus. The only problem was that nothing changed, on the fifth day the same thing became a bit boring. Negative: Problems with cleaning: There were times when we arrived from the street and the bed was badly made. But the worst was our fourth day in which the cleaning girl cleaned the bathroom, but she left the room dirty, and did not even make the bed. She didn't replace the coffee packets, and she left the dirty coffee cups from the day before there, she didn't even change them. That afternoon of August 12, I went down to reception and reported how dirty everything was and showed photos of its state, and the young man said that they could not do anything because it was 5:00 pm and there was no one to clean. It is not the answer you expect from a Mercure chain hotel where we are paying to be in a clean place and we are given a service of a 2-star hotel. If someone from the hotel is reading my comment, my room was 207, I hope they correct this to prevent another guest from going through this unpleasant experience. Gym: One of the reasons for booking this hotel was to train a little, but the gym only has equipment for cardiovascular exercises but not weights. It was not what I expected. I felt cheated paying in a hotel of an international chain that did not reach the minimum standards of cleanliness of the room. It's a shame because the hotel has potential and its staff was very friendly.

When I stayed in a queen-size bed, I only gave ”a very flat and collapsed pillow + single quilt”. The quilt is basically for children. I slept on the side of my butt and exposed the quilt (I still have a small body of 47kg) ), Because of these two factors, I really feel uncomfortable sleeping. Good service attitude, breakfast is good, location is very close to the station, but not close to urban attractions, it will be a bit tiring to walk

Take the metro U1 north of Vienna Central Station and walk about 4 stops to Piazza Sweden. You don't have to find an exit (it always looks like an exit). Cross the road and straighten a few steps (actually a few steps) to the ground. Hotel. The location is great. Looking at the map of the subway station, I couldn't see it from a distance. She really came out. Near the canal (being on the north coast). There are many graffiti on the walls of the canal bank. To watch the Donau River, take the U1 and walk a few stations north (simply see the map, get off at the station in the middle of your leg). Then get off in the middle of Donau Bridge. See the scenery on the bridge, go down the river and return to the original road. This section of the Donau River is not an inland city, it is relatively calm and the river water is clean, but it is not so-called blue and there are many waterfowl and ducks. Let's talk about the hotel. The hotel has an artistic atmosphere, the lobby bar is full of music all day long, and the decoration is primarily instrument-based. You can check in directly, and you can go without a card without going through the check-out procedure. Average breakfast and listening to music, may sit for an hour.

When I first entered the hotel, I might feel a little older, but after living, I would like to live more and more, and then began to appreciate her. The hotel is said to have been a popular place for Hungarian nobles to travel to Vienna. The decor is elegant and elegant, the facilities are complete and the service is pleasant. Breakfast is good, but hot meals such as coffee and eggs, sausages, etc. need to be ordered and delivered by the waiter.

The location is good. Everyone at the front desk and butler was very kind. Breakfast is very suitable with lettuce and young leaves, because the only green vegetable is cucumber. When I explained that I couldn't eat breakfast because I left early the next morning, I was grateful to try to provide a simple breakfast, but for me, it was too early in the morning. I heard that my friend lives in a nearby hotel. Instead of eating breakfast, he eats fruit and lunch, so if there is such a service, it would be better. I live alone, so I am glad to hear from you at the front desk. Thank you for your help.

Vienna|0.13km from St.Stephen's Cathedral
It is an architect designed (Hans Hollein) building in a marvellous central location, opposite the Stephansdom, and within walking distance of many of the marvellous sights of central Vienna and close to authentic cafes and restaurants. The front of the hotel is a curve glass wonder, though our room 410 was at the back over an internal featureless concrete yard. It had a shared balcony but no chairs on the balcony, and there were uncleared cigarette butts on the balcony floor, which we thought came from the builders working in other rooms. It was a so called jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi worked well and was great fun the first time. If you like jacuzzi every time this room could be for you. There was also a good shower room. The bathroom sink was a modern glass bowl which was difficult to avoid splashing and the plug was missing. The shampoo and other bathroom condiments were not replaced when expired. Storage facilities for clothing were totally inadequate for this level of hotel. There was only one suitcase space and poor hanging space. Double rooms are used two people with two small cases and there was only place to put one case. One entire wall was taken by a large display bar, with wine spirits etc. A small inadequate amount of carafe water was provided. There were no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities. Electric plug facilities were clumsy and inadequate. We felt room cleaning was adequate, not excellent. The TV was modern and worked well. The bed and bedding was comfortable and we slept well. We were aware of a hum from an air conditioning machine in the internal yard but this did not disturb. The entrance to t his hotel is not appealing. On the ground floor one walks past a food counter to the hotel lift. Hotel reception is 6th floor, and hotel rooms are on 3re to 5th floor. There seemed no convenient place to sit outside the room. The ground floor of the building is occupied by shops and other business. Out price for 4 nights in late April 2022 was €1,080 room only (€270 per night). We did not have the breakfast which we felt overpriced, but there are other good cafes very near. We feel a fair price for the 4 nights would be €800. This hotel is described as 5 star. Based on room facilities, and the lack of common areas we feel it should be 4 or 3 star. We recommend and agree with the tripadviser review by jvtravelerParis dated Nov 2021 which states this hotel needs to get its act together in order to charge this level of prices. It is obviously a chain hotel run by managers of various levels and not by an owner manager. Alas, we feel we would be reluctant to stay again at these prices.

Everything is good, five-star facilities, high cost performance. The location is in the pedestrian street of the old town, but the car can drive to the corner and turn around. The room is large, the decoration is gorgeous and classical, the floor height is very high, and it is very comfortable to live in; the breakfast hot food is a little bit, and there are many kinds of bread and cold dishes. To say the shortcomings, the hotel does not have a parking space, and the valet stops at a nearby parking lot of 42 Euro per night. There is no kettle in the room, no slippers and no toothbrushes.

Best things about the place is it location. At the very center of the city, in the 1st district where all the things for a tourist or just a visitor in the city needs. The second thing is the wonderful hotel staff! So kind and polite and gives you that personal attention that you don't see too much these days. Other than that, the dining room if fairly good with a nice variety and the room and the whole place is generally clean and cozy. The only thing I found a bit irritating is the squeaky floor in the room... As I said, overall, I would totally recommend staying here and want to thank again for the great staff!

A laundry bag can hold more than ten pieces of T, 10 euros, handed to the House keeping in the morning, and sent back in the afternoon to be clean and neatly stacked! Putting Candy on the pillow every day, I was moved to go out and put a tip on the pillow every day! Old-fashioned elevator, very tasteful! The hotel belongs to the Marriott Group! Service is pretty good! After check in, I will directly lead you into the room and tell you how to use the various facilities! It will also tell you where you must go and see, this hotel has more than 140 years of history! The hotel turned out to be Princess Sissi's palace, but was bought by a rich duke and given to his wife as a new wedding! The portraits of the Duke and Madam hang in the lobby! Breakfast is quite rich. There are many options for ordering eggs. You must tell her whether soft or hard for boiled or fried eggs. Soft is yellow! Choose according to your preference! Drinks of tea and coffee are also ordered separately. Juices are freshly squeezed and definitely freshly squeezed! The most pleasant thing is the bedtime service, which helps you to lay the mats in front of the bed! Stayed 3 nights in mid-June with two adults and two 18 year olds. Had a family apartment on the third floor with a bedroom, another double bed, couch bed and kitchenette. Room was very spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was also very quiet and the air conditioning worked fantastically. As for the hotel: location, location, location. It really can’t be beat. Close to the subway, opera, old city pedestrian areas, Hofburg, Mariahilfer Strasse, etc. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice little touches also like free water and coffee in the lobby. Would return without hesitation.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just off a quiet little street next to St. Stephen's Cathedral in the city centre, close to the Mozart House.

Some offer views of the St. Stephen's Cathedral.Several sights are within walking distance from the Hotel Am Stephansplatz, and the underground station right in front of the non-smoking hotel makes it very easy to reach all other places in Vienna. The rooms offer all the comforts of a first-class-hotel and are distinguished by light colours and a warm atmosphere.

The location is very close to Hofburg, Graben Street, and the Museum District. It is within a 20-minute walk and is very convenient! In Vienna, we mainly rely on our legs! Really tired, just take Uber home, less than 10 euros! Take Uber to WIEN HBF, 5.85 Euro, within about 10 minutes! The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, the waiter is very Nice! The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good, very romantic! Good hotel in the middle of noisy! ◕‿◕

The apartment has a cooking stove and a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, but you have to buy the ingredients yourself. Breakfast is not provided. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk to the beauty palace, and then 5 minutes walk to the Central Railway Station Because watching other people's strategies are mixed, and I know that there is no reception to contact the hotel himself, he will wait for you at the door in an appointment. I contacted in advance and an uncle was waiting for me in the hotel. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions and told us how to play. It was great, but the hotel did n’t have toiletries. I had to bring my own. I stayed for two days. I did n’t have a hair dryer on the first day. I reflected with that person and brought one immediately the next day.

Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 To check in, it turns out you need to go to another building 2 minutes down the same street at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. Pretty straightforward checking in as I'd already booked online. The reception staff friendly, welcoming and could not have been nicer. Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I’m not that big, but even I thought the shower was cramped. I could not move without touching the shower curtain. A bit small, but functional and everything worked fine. The room came with a double bed, but it wasn't a real double bed. It was two singles placed together. There’s a very obvious gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. Even then I had the treat the bed as a single anyway because the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow. I slept fine using only one side of the bed, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay I understand that there’s a drive to be eco friendly and stop providing those miniature bottles. Considering that Pension Stadhalle is hardly at the bottom end of the budget market, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The double bed took up pretty much the entire room. There was a chair, but no table to work on. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district. That’s not really a problem because it’s close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. The supermarket option doesn’t work that well if there’s no way to heat food though. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.

It is convenient to go to attractions. The shoe-shoe machine on the first floor of the lobby is good.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel, and the door man opened the taxi door with a big smile and a kind voice, I felt this was going to be good. The beautiful hotel lobby was very smart. They whisked our bags away until our room would be ready. You rise in the lift to the next floor. Then the doors open to a beautiful lounge area then check In is over to the left. You sit down and they give you a lovely glass of the local sparkling wine while they take all your details. We headed out to see Vienna. They called us to say the room was ready. We had got up at 12.45 uk time to travel to Heathrow so wanted a nap before our first Christmas market. Our suite was stunning, fantastic bathroom. We had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the room. We noticed that we had automatic curtains one had come unhooked and would close, the maintenance guy turn up super quick, he was so lovely and fixed it. We had a great sleep in the comfortable bed, that felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. As we left the hotel for the market we had to tell reception that the curtain rail motor kept doing a dance every 15 mins, we had a laugh and they sorted right away . We came back and had drinks in the roof top bar, it’s a must. Day or night. The restaurant is lovely the views are amazing, the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I have had , better than Claridges and the emirates palace. We ate there the second evening. The steak was the best fillet I had ever had . You could smell the truffle fries before you got to the table. The snails were amazing aswell. Every member of staff was amazing who ever recruits the staff does a good job. They help us book tickets for the upper Belvedere palace. The cafe lounge staff are lovely a girl called Sarah, and the young girl who works in the bar with glasses were amazing and chatty. The whole team seemed like family you can feel the warmth you can tell they all love there jobs. We have been to the rosewood in London but never stayed. Now I will be staying there every time I stay in London, they sent a cake to the room for my husbands birthday on the second night which was so sweet. We loved our trip, I’d go back just to stay there again.
