B&B HOTEL Wien-Hbf

This hotel located in residential area. Walked from the train station about 10-13 minutes. Which was quite, I had a good night sleep. Near by local café and a supermarket and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes was a tram station which I took it everyday to the attractions and connected to the metro. It seemed to me this hotel pretty new. Well maintained, room was decent size and the best part it came with 2 cushion chairs and side table. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Funny thing the check out day only took me 6 minutes walked from the hotel to the train station. I will recommended.

I had a good time staying at this hotel for 2 days. The facilities are average for the price. The staff at check-in and check-out were very kind and helpful. Not the same for the staff who I kindly asked to pick up my luggage. Her face was not welcoming, and she exhaled deeply when she couldn’t find my luggage. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she also ruined mmy impression of the hotel and made my day worse. Thanks to her :)

Nice hotel, well located and the breakfast was good. Pillows a little soft however.

Location from the neatest metro is around a 15 minute walk .. there is convenience store nearby ... breakfast was okay .. the room size is decent ... hotel had a basic ammenities.
