Smart Apart Living – Wien Hauptbahnhof - self check-in

The emplacement is good, it is very close to the Reunanplatz stop of the U1. The room is small and the bathroom has glass doors with is terrible for privacy.

First, the dryer was broken and it smelled like burn when open. Second, the rooms smelled like someone just finished smoking when first entered it and also the toilet is dirty as it did not flush! There was a device to control the room temperature but it didn’t work at all and so the room is hot like ****. Then, ask for a new hair dryer but get no reply even I call them but no answer! Disappointed!

My second time here in the past month. I got a room at the bulding side, with a garden-view-balcony 😃 and the Internet went much better than the last time. Good and impact design for a comfortable full stay. Space is not much but enough for 1-2 persons. What I disliked was the chemical smell after cleaning and had to open the window for hours but it persisted. The check-in delay didn't happen this weekend, but as there is only one machine, if someone hadn't done his homework well and kept trying without let others pass first {25 min. or so} the wait could be again too long. If there were another machine, everything would be much smoother. Good place though, and there is a Lidl jjst 3 min. away.

- The check-in process had some issues, and the accommodation responded quite slowly with limited assistance. - The room was not very clean; there was dust and it didn’t feel well maintained. - The room is quite small, but if you just need a place to sleep, it’s still reasonable for the price.

Great location near the underground, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a few days to explore the city.

The apartment itself was not bad for the price, but it was terribly cleaned. At first glance it looked fine but when we started looking under the sofa and inside the drawers we found trash everywhere. Food, dirty napkins, used towels, etc. It would be no surprise one could find bugs in these apartments. Also, the service is terrible. There’s no desk service and the owner does not reply to messages. I highly suggest to avoid this hotel.

The hotel was clean. Everything was okay. The hotel is easy to find and near city center.

I like the place very much. It is clean, near to train station, near to city. We can cook in the room and the price is reasonable It is easy to self-check in. The only problem is the elevator is not working so we need to use the stairs with heavy luggage. Overall, I recommend this place and will stay again next time.
