Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West

A short walk from Längenfeldgasse U4/U6 station. Clean room, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Just no housekeeping during my stay, housekeeping service on demand basis? Not sure though.

My guest was so so impressed, comfortable and happy and can't stop complementing how new, clean and cool their room was. The a/c was a life-saver during the heatwave in late June!

Had a good spread of breakfast. Place was located near stations and stops and easy to navigate to. Service not one of the best. Injured my leg and needed an ice pack. They said they do not have basic first aid things so they suggested passing me ice cubes but I had to go down and get the ice cubes myself.

The hotel have a good vibe but why the worker are smoking near the room so ifvyou love to smoke in the room this hotel fit for you. Clean need to improve i got fungal from the room pity that the clean level is low. Brakefast can be better more vegetables 2 iteams us very poor must Hilton hotels have 5 and above. Olive oil is better then pumpkin olive used olive this is better but not replace it, banana can be nice to add but other is good.

The first room had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the staff were very friendly and immediately gave us a new room when we reported it. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I was driving and the Hotel Parking was easy with an underground car park. Also Easy to reach public transports
