Great
Here’s a polished short review you could use for a hotel in Vienna: I recently stayed at this hotel in Vienna and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—close to major sights and easy to access by public transport. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with modern amenities that made the stay relaxing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and varied, a perfect start to each day. Overall, a stylish and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

Great
3 days stay in Daniel, it’s my first time for this hotel. The room is nice, stylish on design. Toilet from the door seperate from the shower next to window side, not sure if many likes that. Bed looks good but not soft, pillows are made of feathers so a little bit picking, comforter is not intact. No mini bar option, no disposable slipper. The shower is great, good flow of water. I didn’t see any attendant check my room for 3 days which is sad. Breakfast the same set up for 3 days, in restaurant staffs are not focussed, for 3x breakfast, 2x dinner, only the lady with curly hair is on point. Plants and ceiling are dusty. Bread is all day available. Reception are friendly. Popcorn all day available for free. The entire hotel has not much facilities, I just thought above floors or roof top would be a good spot on the boat.

Nice room! Good views and perfectly clean, with quality services. By the way, 57 lounge really deserves a look, the perfect place to see the whole wien.
Room is located strategically near to the Vienna Central Station. Service is good, vegetarian breakfast is wonderful and the view from the room is phenomenal!! Highly recommended!
I absolutely loved my stay, it is in a very prime location next to Schonbrunn Palace and metro station. All staff were extremely helpful especially Chris at the reception is very professional. 100% recommended if you are visiting Vienna.
The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.
🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs. The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth. Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient. I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning. Did you find this review helpful? ❤️
