Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna Hauptbahnhof

The room was clean and tidy, even though it was a corner room. The housekeeping staff were polite. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which was super handy for buying fruits and snacks. Plus, it's very close to both the train and subway stations, making it the perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommend it; I'll definitely choose this place again!

Great location, close to the central station. The room was small but clean. The front desk service was good. What was not so great was that even though check-in time was stated as 2 PM, we were told to come back after 5 PM. Also, during check-in, we were asked to fill out some forms, but no one mentioned it was for a membership registration. I later received an email confirming I had become a member. The room didn't have a mini-fridge. We booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them was broken, blowing hot air on a sweltering day. After talking to them, they moved us to another room and even gave us two drink vouchers. The restaurant downstairs also served decent food.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the value for money is decent. However, the in-room amenities are a bit basic – no fridge, no bottled water, etc. On the other hand, the hotel breakfast is excellent, and the staff are quite nice. Overall, it's okay.

The environment here is great, and transportation is very convenient. The service is also excellent. If you're short on time, this is a fantastic choice, especially since it's right near the train station, which can help cut down on transportation costs.
