"I like it very much. The subway comes out very early. There is a zoo opposite and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will stay here again next time I go to Vienna."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserI had a fantastic stay at Jimmy’s Apartment Lory and can confidently say it is one of the best places to stay in Vienna.
The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The apartment is within easy walking distance of trams, buses, and the underground, making it simple to reach all major attractions. There are also supermarkets and other essential services nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The reservation and booking process was seamless from start to finish. The communication system is very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to follow. The reservation team was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and everything needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Jimmy’s Apartment to anyone planning to visit Vienna. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
FFreedom Looks Like ThisThe hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, about 20 min by bus from the main train station. The music theme is delightful although the Bassline room is compact. The good thing is there are lots of hooks in addition to hangers.
I enjoyed some old school Motown and Caribbean music, borrowing records from reception.
While the amenities in the room are limited, it’s easy to contact the staff by WhatApp and pick up items like robes, slippers, shower caps from the front desk.
The room is only cleaned in request which is fine. But I think the cleanliness could use some attention. There was dust around the plugs in the room and piles of towels in the sauna. One of the guests had to ask for more towels and glasses there.
The gym is fine. Dumbbells up to 22kg and 3 cardio equipments as well as some machines.
Breakfast has great variety. Omelettes to order as well as both warm and cold food.
All the staff was really friendly and helpful.
LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

Great
Rrika487Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

Great
GGuest UserA decent hotel with a great location. However, the room cleaning was subpar. More strikingly, there are 25 beehives on the hotel roof, and a massive swarm of bees had congregated on the terrace directly under a sun umbrella. When we requested the bees be removed from the terrace, it quickly became clear that the bees were prioritized over guests. They strung us along with promises for two days while supposedly dealing with them, and even after that, a significant number of bees continued to swarm on the terrace for quite some time. This whole situation was utterly unsatisfactory and left a very poor impression of the hotel's management. We will definitely be choosing a different hotel for our next stay.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserBesides the small kitchenette in the room, there's also a large communal kitchen available, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The shower has plenty of hot water. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered at the front desk. There's also a co-working space and a gym. You can use a card for the washing machine and dryer, which cost 5.5 Euros for washing and 5 Euros for drying. Just be careful not to swipe your card twice; if you're unsure, you can ask the 24-hour staff at the front desk. Also, there's a lovely ********* lady at the front desk. It would be even better if the cleanliness of the communal kitchen could be improved, for instance, emptying the trash cans twice a week, and cleaning the dishwasher, inside of the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster once a week, with proper checks to ensure the cleaning is done thoroughly.

Very Good
GGuest UserI left a review already but that is a second reservation I had. The hotel is not super fancy or imperial but the location is beautiful. Residential. Quiet. Great bus tram and underground system right by hotel. So many supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and stores right in the same block. Nice morning buffet. An amazing pastry shop right in the hotel. Rooms are super clean. You get 2 free water and 2 free beer. Highly recommend.
DDongfangxiaobaliCCThe room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet. There's a subway-like public transport option for getting around. At this price point, it's definitely one of the cheapest options around. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for the night.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
