"It was great to be back at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka after our first stay four years ago. Since we had meetings at another hotel nearby, we decided to return because we had such a pleasant experience previously. We arrived around 1:30 pm, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. We were delighted that the hotel allowed us to check in early, and the entire check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had accidentally booked a room-only rate, but the staff kindly surprised us by complimentary breakfast for one morning. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Of course, we were also happy to receive DoubleTree's famous warm chocolate chip cookies, which remain one of our favourite hotel welcomes. Our room was on Level 20 with a beautiful city view. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of Melaka. The only issue during our stay was the air-conditioning. On the first night, it stopped cooling and became quite warm, leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. After we reported the problem to the reception the next morning, the team promptly investigated the issue and arranged a room change for us. Their quick response and excellent service turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. Breakfast on Level 12, with its lovely city view, was a wonderful way to start each morning. Despite the minor air-conditioning issue, the warm hospitality and excellent customer service reminded us why we chose to return. We look forward to staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again on our next visit."

"the location is good, view is nice and the home is comfortable, the host was responsible and reply fast, but the blanket just abit dirty, got some blood and some dust on the blanket, overall is good, recommend to stay"

"The environment is great, and the view is absolutely stunning. Our room was on the 40th floor, offering a panoramic view of the entire city. We could watch the sunset right from the balcony (though unfortunately, it disappeared into the clouds halfway through). On the second day, the hot water was a bit lacking, but overall, the experience was excellent value for money, especially since it was less than 200 yuan after the Spring Festival."

"Everything was okay, the apartment was comfortable. However, the room was connected to another, so I could hear people talking and other noises. There was no place to cook, which the owner didn't provide, even though the pictures showed one. The lift was incredibly frustrating; on the second day, it got stuck, and there was a sudden, loud jolt. Then, on check-out day, two out of the four lifts were broken, making us wait almost an hour to get down to the lobby and parking. Seriously, it was exhausting and hot 😣. Only two lifts were working. Aiyoooo, I hope the management can solve this issue. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we got free Netflix, which was a plus."

"What u see in the photos are true. Clean and tidy apartment with plates n bowls nicely laid out on the dining table. Easy check in/out and free parking. Management is efficient in communication and kind enough to grant late check out. They have an arcade n pool tables room/late nite snacks counter at the ground floor which closes at 12am. They also have a stall selling cup corns and waffles. Pool is big and exciting especially for kids. The adult pool and kids pool are separated with nice view n close at 10pm. Security guards are friendly. Will come again next time!"

"The price is reasonable but pictures are deceiving.. the actual interior of the apartment wasn't what I expected.. the floor feels Abit sticky and there is a smell of new furniture.. the furnishings used are very cheap kind. Not the premier room standard so I don't understand what is the difference between the deluxe room and the premier.. coz it seems like I paid for premier price but given deluxe room standard. The shower don't have area don't have at least curtains to keep the toilet area dry. Anyways ok la for just for a stopover night, price paid and the view.."

"Shower head water pressure too strong, cannot be adjusted. Housekeeping early morning 9am starting to knock the door twice for make up room until I put do not disturb sign. 24 hours receptionist never answer the call, need to take 1 hour to deliver water and towel for me. Overall, the stay experience was not very good. The room was spacious but felt empty. The price was reasonable and offered value for money, but I would not choose to stay here again. This was a last minute booking. The view from balcony is nice!"
