"This is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant. So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway. When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood. It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it. I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim. I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed. As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again. Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort ."

I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam."

"Nagoya Hill Hotel Batam is a convenient, comfortable place to stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to shopping and food. The location is excellent for both leisure and business travelers. Breakfast is decent, and the overall service makes the hotel a practical and enjoyable choice in Batam."

"If you are looking for a place that is away from the noise you can consider this hotel, it’s not that far from Nagoya and Grand Batam mall with grab which cost about IDR60-75k depending on the choice of vehicle. The room we got was worth the price paid for but I recommend for lake view as the one I chose was the view of the garden but what I see is the apartment just across our windows. The room is well maintained and clean, nice and comfy bed and pillows. Do take note that you hear music from morning till almost 10pm which was played from the open bar even I was on the 8th floor. Those who are thinking of using the gym, there is only 1 treadmill and the rest of the electric equipments are not working but you can do your run outside as the area is a gated private residential. Food for breakfast was provided with many options and my daughter and I was very happy with the varieties and I was surprised that they even have steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca which I have not seen in most places I’ve been, it was very thoughtful of them. The staffs are very friendly and always ready when you need help and kudos to the restaurant team that serves breakfast, they are very attentive and fast and stayed calm even when the place was packed of people on the weekends . Overall my stay was very pleasant and happy to come back again."

"Very good for staycation. Quiet, Good View, Fresh Air and Swimming pool accessible, Near to the Tiger beach and the hotel provide shuttle service to there, Rooms are clean but the floor is dusty.  Overall, it was a good choice and satisfied though it’s a bit far from the city."

"We were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff. There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway. And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance. We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out. It was so good. We may come back for the third time for more.."

"The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab."
