"I had a great stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam. The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. One of the best things is the location because it is directly connected to Grand Batam Mall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast selection. Overall, it’s a great hotel for both relaxation and shopping in Batam. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located at K Square - one of the modern mega malls in Batam I forgot to bring my charger. The hotel staff kindly lent their own to me. Room is tiny but very new and clean. It has all the amenities I needed. Unfortunately the pool was not open when I visited, but their sibling Swiss-Bel hotel kindly allowed me to use their pool, which is reachable by free shuttle bus"

"So much fun, I'll definitely come back! The room was very spacious with a comfortable sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a BBQ by the pool on the weekend. I read all the reviews on Ctrip, but none mentioned the prices here. Turns out the BBQ was only about 130 RMB, which is an amazing deal! The water activities are even cheaper: kayaking for about 70 RMB and paddleboarding for 220 RMB for 15 minutes!"

"A very nice hotel for all. Directly linked to Nagoya Hill mall via a bridge provide free passage for raining days. Hotel comes with nice swimming pool , gym and sauna. Great buffet brealfast with a some Chinese food. Thumbs up!"

"Very good for staycation. Quiet, Good View, Fresh Air and Swimming pool accessible, Near to the Tiger beach and the hotel provide shuttle service to there, Rooms are clean but the floor is dusty.  Overall, it was a good choice and satisfied though it’s a bit far from the city."
