Swiss-Belexpress K Square Batam

The hotel has a modern and comfortable atmosphere, and the room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and efficient. I also liked the hotel’s location connecting with K Square Mall for shopping and convenient for getting around Batam and exploring the surrounding area. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, the hotel offers good value for money. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Batam!

This new hotel is part of the new K Square Mall (formerly Kepri Mall) and only opened on 10 July 2026. Everything about it is great, the rain shower provides very hot and strong water pressure. The wall sockets accept international plugs so you don't need to bring a travel adaptor. It has a safe box, but not a mini fridge. It provides in-room sandals and the toiletries. My only suggestion is to line the two rubbish bins with plastic bags, otherwise it's quite unhygienic to throw rubbish inside. The breakfast was okay only, but the adjacent mall has plenty of food options. If coming by Grab, choose Lobby 4 to access hotel entrance directly.

The hotel is conveniently located at K Square - one of the modern mega malls in Batam I forgot to bring my charger. The hotel staff kindly lent their own to me. Room is tiny but very new and clean. It has all the amenities I needed. Unfortunately the pool was not open when I visited, but their sibling Swiss-Bel hotel kindly allowed me to use their pool, which is reachable by free shuttle bus

Stayed here during my trip to Pulau Abang. The hotel is quite new, with fresh amenities and well-maintained facilities. It’s conveniently located right next to K Square Mall, with plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby.

The location is good, but being able to listen to neighbors' conversations and smell their smoke was irritating.

Had a good stay at Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam. The location at K Square is very convenient, with plenty of food, shops and other amenities nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for the price and a convenient place to stay when visiting Batam. Would consider staying here again.

Excellent place to stay as it is close to the mall and the stuff and brekkie is nice

The soundproofing isn't great—it's a bit noisy—but otherwise, it's quite good.
