"I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and transportation. The room was spacious and decorated in a simple yet comfortable style. All the appliances and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh and dry bedding. The staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. Overall, there were no shortcomings in any aspect, making for a superb experience. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my future travels."

"The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, so patient and responsible. After I checked in and got to my room, I realized I'd lost my phone charm. I hadn't been able to connect with the butler at that point because I missed their call. During check-in, the front desk attendant (a young man) had asked me to add him, so I sent him a picture of the charm. He actually found it for me! I'm so grateful to the InterContinental staff. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and being in Zone A, it was closest to breakfast, which was great. If you're primarily interested in the water park, you might prefer Zones C or D, as they're also closer to the mall. However, there are shuttle buses available for all areas. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are still well-maintained. The only minor complaint I have is that the air conditioning was quite noisy."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit, plus the view was absolutely stunning! This is truly the best family-friendly hotel. I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Leon! Two days before our arrival, he proactively called to ask about our floor preference and if we needed bed rails. The day before check-in, he sent us the location and a detailed breakdown of facilities on each floor. In the evenings, he would even bring warm milk for our child. His attention to detail was exceptional. From the concierge, front desk, and amusement park staff, to the cleaning aunties we occasionally met, everyone greeted us with a smile and was always ready to answer any questions. Traveling with a child, we felt completely taken care of and secure throughout our stay."

"Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back."

"I've known about this for a long time but never dared to try it. I'm in awe of homestays. I stayed here for one night during the high temperature holiday. I arrived very late, and the lady at the front desk was super nice to receive me and took me to the room. The service was perfect! There aren't many rooms in the homestay. We stayed on the first floor, which had a large yard and a huge screen to watch. The room was spacious and we slept very well! The Beilin Greenway is just outside the door, and the hotel has bicycles to ride! Overall great!"

"房間乾淨衞生，住的樹蛙，因為太高了所以沒有WiFi也沒有電視，晚餐吃的自助烤肉，食材新鮮但是蘸碟沒有味道，毫無鹽味哈，肉基本上麻了料但是烤出來還是毫無味道，早曉得帶一包六婆來了。早餐有兩種選擇中式和西式，基本都是半成品哈，還可以選一碗麪或者抄手。服務是不錯的，就是吃的方面有點沒跟上。這邊的泳池是觀景泳池比較小，可以去酒店那邊遊，稍微大一些。孩子覺得新奇，所以願意來體驗一下，希望吃的方面可以改進一下，越做越好。"

It takes 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to Dujiangyan Scenic Area, Qingcheng Mountain, and Panda Valley Base (there is a traffic jam during October 1), and it takes about 1.5 hours to reach Chengdu city."
