"The room was very comfortable and nice, with a European style that felt quite luxurious. The bedding was excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. We even got upgraded to a room with a balcony, which had a great view of the entire amusement park. The balcony also had a drying rack and hangers, which was super thoughtful – perfect for hanging up wet clothes after the kids played, so they'd be dry by morning and ready for another day at the park. It was really heartwarming. Especially the butler, whose service was exceptional. From the room upgrade to adding a free kids' buffet breakfast for the next morning, and even extending our check-out to 3 PM, the kids had an incredibly happy stay and a wonderful time playing. It's a great spot for a family trip! Highly recommended."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit, plus the view was absolutely stunning! This is truly the best family-friendly hotel. I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Leon! Two days before our arrival, he proactively called to ask about our floor preference and if we needed bed rails. The day before check-in, he sent us the location and a detailed breakdown of facilities on each floor. In the evenings, he would even bring warm milk for our child. His attention to detail was exceptional. From the concierge, front desk, and amusement park staff, to the cleaning aunties we occasionally met, everyone greeted us with a smile and was always ready to answer any questions. Traveling with a child, we felt completely taken care of and secure throughout our stay."

"A hotel that you want to be a repeat customer of. The service started after placing the order. The housekeeper contacted me by phone and added WeChat to inform me of check-in tips. No matter how late you check in, there is a 24-hour security reception. It feels very safe. Hahaha. Needless to say, the environment around Dong'an Lake. The hotel is in the simple Hui style of architecture. Driving a straight road from the bustling Chunxi. There is a sense of tranquility in a paradise. Sure enough, it was very quiet from night to morning. The breakfast portion was very generous. When I was asked if I wanted noodles or porridge at the beginning. I didn't expect that I was just choosing the staple food. Hahaha. The standard round plate combination is already very rich. I am also satisfied with the hygiene conditions that I care about most. In addition to accommodation, the hotel should also provide outdoor activities such as afternoon tea and meals. The details are that the guest room area and the public play area have card swipe protection for entry and exit. In short, it was a very good accommodation experience."

"The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised."

"This time I stayed at Qing'an Rice Field Hotel alone. I wanted to relax. I just arrived at the hotel door and the housekeeper came to greet me. I was very enthusiastic and helped to take my luggage to the room. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the texture and details of the room. The bathroom is spacious, the double basin design is practical and advanced, the black countertop is matched with soft lighting, and the atmosphere is elegant. The bedroom is more comfortable, the bed is soft, the lighting is warm, the carpet is delicate, the whole space is simple and atmospheric, and the quality is everywhere. The service is intimate and thoughtful, not disturbed and responsive to needs at any time. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the morning sun and the evening sunset are intoxicating. The hotel's breakfast is fresh and delicious, the top floor observation deck has a wide view and an infinity pool, which is very suitable for a person to enjoy quietly. Whether it is a relaxing alone or exploring the surrounding wheat fields and cafes, this trip is particularly pleasant. "A very satisfying vacation. A family of three booked a double room. As the child just turned 7, bed fees were required. After communication, the housekeeper waived the fee. It took us an hour to drive from Chengdu to the hotel. The housekeeper greeted us at the door and helped us with all our luggage. When we checked in, since the rooms were not too tight, the housekeeper directly upgraded us to a tent room. What a surprise! The hotel has a very good environment, with a large lawn, landscape pool, swimming pool, open-air teahouse, etc., enough space for children to run around. The room is antique, with a river view balcony, an open-air bathtub, a projection TV, and a dry and wet separation in the bathroom. The breakfast was very rich and I wasn't hungry at noon. Unfortunately, the chef was on holiday and couldn’t prepare lunch or dinner. We packed some food that day and the kids wanted to eat egg fried rice, so the housekeeper helped us make egg fried rice with the rice we packed. The kids said it was delicious! In short, come happily and leave satisfied! Will come again in the future!"

"I've known about this for a long time but never dared to try it. I'm in awe of homestays. I stayed here for one night during the high temperature holiday. I arrived very late, and the lady at the front desk was super nice to receive me and took me to the room. The service was perfect! There aren't many rooms in the homestay. We stayed on the first floor, which had a large yard and a huge screen to watch. The room was spacious and we slept very well! The Beilin Greenway is just outside the door, and the hotel has bicycles to ride! Overall great!"

But the surrounding environment is good, the service is also good, free drinks and fruit Tremella soup are provided, and you can camp and barbecue. There are not many varieties but you can eat enough. It is recommended to place a vending machine at the front desk to sell instant noodles, potato chips and other snacks."
