Facilities: The curtains were broken and the door lock wasn't working properly. Service: A man at the front desk had a bad attitude. Wenshu Monastery 18-bead prayer bracelet: The man who had a bad attitude during check-in didn't even mention the bracelet. I had to go back down and ask a woman who told me they were out. They gave me two small pandas instead. Overall, it's just average, not the five-star service or room conditions you'd expect. Hygiene: The bathroom was aged and peeling.

Great value for money, and the staff were very friendly. It's not far from Wenshu Monastery and close to all the attractions. The breakfast was surprisingly good! The only downside was that the hotel bed was too soft.

The main reason for switching hotels was an uncomfortable sleep. The service and room hygiene were fine, no need to be overly critical. However, the hotel only has one delivery robot, so it's better to just go down and get your takeout yourself when there are a lot of orders. For laundry, there's only one washer and dryer, both old and without detergent provided. It's a bit of a shame that a five-star hotel operating for over a decade has outdated facilities that haven't kept up.
