Hotel Indigo FLORENCE by IHG

The facilities are brand new, instantly making me feel like I was back home. They provide slippers, a complimentary mini-bar, and snacks, and the view from the window is fantastic. The location is near the train station, about a 5-6 minute walk, but the area felt a bit unsettling with a lot of unemployed people around.

It's a bit of an older hotel, and the room was small, but for this price in Europe, that's pretty standard. My room had a small balcony which was nice, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the train station.

The room was great, with a small balcony, and we even got an upgrade! The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Everyone should check it out, it's really good value for money.

The room wasn't ready yet, so they took us to the lounge to wait. We were able to check in at 1:30 PM, which was well before the usual 3 PM check-in time. The room itself was pretty good, just a tad small. The environment was lovely, and the food was delicious. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to the train station. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is great, very close to the train station, and they even let us check in early, which was a huge plus. However, we were given a room facing the street, and I strongly advise against choosing a street-facing room! It was incredibly noisy! Car sounds, train sounds, motorcycle sounds, city rail sounds – closing the balcony door did absolutely nothing. The windows even rattled slightly when vehicles passed by. The noise continued late into the night and started up again very early in the morning.

This hotel has a great overall design and is quite close to the train station. The hotel's restaurant and breakfast are both excellent, and there's a fantastic boneless steakhouse right next door. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

Facilities: Standard business setup, has everything you need, including disposable slippers. Cleanliness: The bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the train station and the city center, both within walking distance. If you're coming from the airport by tram, you can get off at the ROSSELLI stop, which is directly behind the hotel. You don't even need to cross any traffic lights; just follow the map to the hotel. If you get off at the train station, you'll have to drag your luggage over cobblestones, which is quite a workout for your arms. Service: The staff were all very friendly, and attractive too!
