The location is excellent, especially for those traveling by train from Rome. There were complimentary water and snacks in the room, and daily housekeeping was provided. While some power outlets didn't work, I was otherwise satisfied. All the tourist attractions were within walking distance.

I booked this hotel because of the pool in the pictures, but the hotel's layout is terrible. It's made up of four connected buildings, and the whole place is a confusing maze. It took me 20 minutes just to find my room. If there were a fire, the consequences would be severe, especially since the windows don't open! In the middle of the night, too many guests used electricity, causing the AC to cut out. My room felt like an oven. The hotel moved me to a cheaper, smaller room and only offered a 'Sorry.' I even had to call Trip.com myself because the front desk offered no compensation. A big thank you to Trip.com for their enthusiastic help and for alleviating my anger. When traveling abroad, we Chinese must book through Trip.com; Agoda and *********** are not *yours*. The TV remote was also broken, and the AC in the new room wasn't cold either. I wish the owner of this hotel a prosperous business... P.S. After all the hassle, I didn't even get to use the hotel pool before checking out.

I find it a shame that this place resembles a student residence, especially the rooms. I also think it would be wise to inform guests during booking that the pool closes at 6 PM. Otherwise, the staff is still welcoming, and the view from the rooftop is pleasant.

The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the location is superb. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the central train station, or two bus stops away, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The rooftop offers fantastic panoramic city views. The room size is quite small, and the price is relatively high.

My sister went to Florence for a two-month exchange program. Her dorm wasn't ready for check-in yet, so I booked her a hotel for three days. It was really small, expensive, and just okay – I wouldn't recommend staying there. The service, however, was pretty good, and she had breakfast at the hotel a few times.
