"One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms."

Chitose Airport Hotel

"The hotel is in good location in Chitose, it is just few steps away in Chitose station and close to Lawson and 7/11. Few minutes away from the airport, bus will be easier transport choice from New Chitose Airport to reach this hotel specially if carrying more baggage as the bus stop is just almost in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a scheduled shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport."

Hotel Classe Stay Chitose

"I booked this hotel because they say there is airport bus in front of the hotel, yes there is. Unfortunately, on the day i checked out, the bus was not on schedule, i had been waiting for more than 20 mins on Sunday but there is no sign of bus coming even if the staff give me the timetable. Finally, I had to ask the hotel staff to call a taxi to pick me up to the airport."

Lakeside Villa Suimeikaku

"The waiter was very friendly. The dinner was French cuisine, which was delicious. It was right by the lake and the view was amazing. The hotel has only 8 rooms. The private bath is facing the lake. No Chinese people come here, so it is quiet and beautiful."

Queens Hotel Chitose

"Small room but comfortable and clean. Next door have a restaurant, when it was having heavy snowing, we can have our dinner here, the food is good."

"The hotel is old but well maintained, the location is closed to the airport with providing free shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning."

"Checking in was very difficult. Without a code, I couldn't enter the building and had to wait for someone inside to come out. The room itself was very spacious and clean."

"Great location, only a 5-minute walk from Chitose JR Station. The bed was very comfortable and the environment was clean. However, the water from the water heater wasn't hot enough; I hope the temperature can be increased a bit."
