"This place is conveniently located near to the train station and airport. Price is reasonable, staff is super friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus to the airport is also very helpful. However, this facility is super old, the room seems clean but has the odd smell of decay. I try to turn on the AC but that seems makes it worse. I doubt I would ever visit this facility, with that being said. If you have a tight budget this place would be a good choice."

"This B&B was extremely disappointing. First, the electronic check-in process was completely broken. The tablet didn't work. I tried to contact the person in charge, but no one answered. I wasted an hour, and ultimately had to manually open the door for them, which delayed my planned trip to the Otaru Canal. Second, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor. Although it was a B&B, the upstairs guest was running around all night, making it impossible to sleep. Most unacceptable, when I emailed the management about the situation, not only did I receive no assistance, but they actually accused me of not following the check-in process. As a long-time guest who has stayed in countless B&Bs and hotels, I fully understand that the process issue stemmed from the system, not me! I have complete records and the housekeeper's testimony. Overall, this B&B's hardware and service were completely substandard. It was a shame, and I won't be returning. By the way, there was a door separating the inner room from the adjacent room, and people from the adjacent room kept trying to get in all day. I assume it was out of curiosity, not intentional, but it was truly disturbing and frustrating."

"The biggest advantage is that it's directly connected to Chitose Station, so you can get to the hotel without any trouble even in bad weather. It's highly recommended for those who want to use the hotel as a base for sightseeing or attending events, rather than just enjoying the hotel itself. The rooms are kept very clean, and there's nothing unpleasant about them. The breakfast buffet is also very enjoyable! I use this hotel quite frequently when I travel to Hokkaido."
