A good place, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff provided clear instructions for using the appliances. It's not far from the station, and there's a beautiful riverside promenade nearby, as well as a restaurant with delicious udon noodles.

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!

This Hotel is The Best Hotel I've stayed in on my trip to Japan. Located in Chitose, it's meters away from Great Food, Aeon Shopping Mall, Lawsons and JR Station. The staff were EXECEPTIONAL! The Breakfast and Onsen were exactly what was needed for the two days. I will be back on my return trip in the near future 🙌 10/10 for service, cleanliness and professionalism

The room was so clean and stylish, it really lifted my spirits! It was so good I honestly wished I could live there. I only stayed one night, so I didn't get to use them, but there was a rice cooker, microwave, oven, and washing machine, which made me want to stay for multiple nights!

Convenient store just 1 minute walk. Washing machine there. Good for a few days stay. Just the decide of toilet is not that good. Should put it next to the bath room.

About or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.

The room had a large heater, so it was super warm inside. The space was decent, with a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk against the wall. Breakfast was pretty good and quite refined. It's very close to the JR station. The breakfast area turns into an izakaya at night. Sometimes, though, it's closed, and you have to find another place to eat. The front desk staff can speak English. If you have any questions, you can email them in advance.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.

Due to the typhoon impact, the return flight was cancelled, and the flight home could not be booked in the future. Fortunately, the flight was booked one day in advance. I had no choice but to cancel the last day's itinerary and give up the accommodation for this day, so I couldn't make any comments! No refund can only be felt by the nose!
