Here's a review/guide:
1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber.
2. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or 9 AM.
3. There's also a 9:30 AM shuttle bus to the airport for 1,300 JPY, but it's annoying that they only accept cash. So, I took the free 11 AM shuttle that dropped me off at Chitose train station instead.
4. You can see a picture of the dinner menu (Photo 1). Breakfast is similar to dinner, just without sashimi and with tofu instead.
5. They mentioned a beautiful sunset, but I didn't get to see it. It's probably best to arrive early.
6. There's a pretty lake nearby. I took a quick look in the morning, and I personally think it would make for great photos, especially if paired with the sunset the hotel mentioned.
7. The onsen (hot spring) is private. I didn't try any others, so I can't comment on them.
8. There really are deer nearby! I saw them twice when they drove me to the station in the morning, but unfortunately, the car was too fast for me to get a picture.

Love this hotel.
It was clean and easy to find. A bit near the train station, there’s a 7-11 right across the street, near the bus stop as well. Uber is like 1 minute away. Love the room amenities and toiletries.

Guest UserFor Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!

The hotel is easy to find. The receptionist was a very polite and well-mannered elderly gentleman who helped us check in, confirmed our airport transfer time, and reminded us of the precautions for using the hot springs. The room was indeed small and showed signs of age, but it was still clean and tidy. As a temporary accommodation, we were quite satisfied. There's an Aeon Mall just five minutes away, with a wide variety of goods at reasonable prices, much cheaper than at the airport.

EpianThe hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

About or less than 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The hotel also nearby Aeon which less than 10 minutes walking distance. It's a quiet place. The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.

Nice hotel, we stayed there for just one night during a layover. The room was a bit small, even by Japanese standards, but that was expected. It was very clean though.
There were lots of amenities available at the reception, which was a nice touch. The receptionist spoke good English, so everything was easy.
The area is great as well, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you have a layover, I’d definitely recommend staying in this area, it’s very close to the airport, just a few bus stops away.

We booked a Japanese-style room that accommodated four adults, with a partition in the middle. The hotel breakfast was a set menu with a good variety of dishes. They also offered a shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The hotel isn't too far from the JR station.

1JBTravelThe hotel is in good location in Chitose, it is just few steps away in Chitose station and close to Lawson and 7/11. Few minutes away from the airport, bus will be easier transport choice from New Chitose Airport to reach this hotel specially if carrying more baggage as the bus stop is just almost in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a scheduled shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.
