Hot Springs Hotels in Heyuan

I especially praised this hotel and the front desk brother is very handsome 😎 and the reception is very warm. The room is large, the bedding and the sink bathroom are very clean, the balcony is large and the hot spring pool is also oversized, and the hot spring water is so comfortable. The environment of the hotel and homestay is very beautiful, there is its own parking lot, breakfast is also delicious, especially fried noodles! ! Will come again.

Stayed at the Palm Tree Hotel with my kids, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Legoland and the bonfire party area for the evenings. Our butler, Kiki, provided great service and was always quick to answer any questions. We did have a minor issue during our stay – the toothbrushes in the room shed bristles – but everything else was fantastic.

The hotel's elegant design makes for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and the in-room hot spring pool is highly recommended. Although not located within the theme park, a shuttle bus is available. The park's activities are also very enjoyable, particularly those geared towards family-friendly activities. The service from all the staff was excellent, and the housekeepers, Xiao Feng and Xiao Xu, were particularly attentive. They even gave us a complimentary cherry tomato from their own garden before leaving the hotel. This visit was more satisfying than I expected, and I highly recommend it for couples or families.

The hot springs in Jiuhe Town are really good. The sanitation of the homestay is very good, there is a free breakfast (picture 1), we temporarily booked a twin room, the space is large enough, (picture 2), the environment is clean and hygienic, the homestay has enough parking spaces, and you can also dine in the homestay. The dishes taste very good as shown in Figure 4, if you need to eat at the homestay, Just communicate with the front desk lady in advance, and settle when you check out. This homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

Facilities: The shower has strong water pressure and is very comfortable.

Facilities: The homestay is in the village. There are no entertainment facilities in the village, but there are many Trojan horses in the lobby of the homestay. There are swings. The overall environment is very comfortable, comfortable and comfortable. The front desk was very polite and took the initiative to lead the parking. The occupancy rate is very high, the sound insulation is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of mahjong and shouting. After all, the sound will penetrate, but it will not be noisy. I can hear the chicken in the early morning, but I am not awakened by the chicken. I just got up and heard it. I feel very ecological and comfortable. Hygienic: clean, no dust, smell disinfection. It is recommended to eat in the restaurant on the first floor. The eggs are very fragrant, the tomato is not sour, the horse-squid steamed meat patties are really plumy, and the rice is delicious. The fried noodles for breakfast, pearl rice noodles, pig porridge, corn, and vegetables are all delicious, very homely taste 👅 The private soup pool is very comfortable, really hot, and the skin is slippery after soaking. Mainly the bubble pool looks very clean, and it is very safe to soak. The hotel has been well maintained for 2 years. I hope the facilities will be clean and new. It is worth the second brush.

The hotel is very new, and what really impressed us was the onsen bathing facilities right in the room. The water fills and drains quickly, allowing you to fill the room whenever you want, without having to drain it early. The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned; you can't see it while soaking, and even when enjoying tea at the large tea table, you have to twist your head to watch it. Adding a TV near the tea table and the hot springs would be perfect. The hotel only opened this year (2025), and the front desk staff are still in training, but they were very friendly, helping make coffee, recommending nearby restaurants, and more. Thank you.

We visited during the May Day holiday and upgraded to a lake-view king room by paying the difference in advance, which was a very smooth process. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated; the TV is an old non-smart LCD from years ago with no set-top box, so screen mirroring isn't possible, which was a minor letdown. The hotel also seems to be very understaffed; it took a long time for service requests to be fulfilled. Breakfast was a bit chaotic too, with a lot of people and even red plastic chairs in the restaurant, making it feel quite cheap. However, the view of Wanlv Lake from the window and the air quality were both excellent. The hotel only has three 20kw fast chargers, and all the slow chargers were out of service. Luckily, there were hardly any gas cars occupying the spots, and most people moved their cars promptly after charging.

I lived in the 8th floor view twin room with a wide view and a hot spring pool on the balcony. In the afternoon, the whole family went to the public hot spring for a bath. There were 28 pools, no fruit and drinks, but there was ginger tea for free. In the evening, I went to the town to have dinner and went shopping, and I soaked in a private soup on the balcony, comfortable.
