Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Lake Shikotsu is the northernmost ice-free lake in Japan. It has a charming view. The area of the lake is more than ten times the size of West Lake in our country. A reminder, don’t live in Marukoma at Lake Shikotsu. It’s just a lonely hotel on the westernmost bank. There are dozens of Chinese tourists who flew out during the wing pick-up. There are no Japanese! There are densely packed hotels on the east bank, as well as the Ice Sculpture Festival, the cruise ship dock and the hot spring street to stroll around. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the sunset. To sum up, if Cuiming Pavilion can book the only lake-view hot spring room, it is worth it. If you can't book it, then consider Song of Water. I don't think it is cost-effective near 4k here.

A bit skeptical after reading all the reviews about the troublesome check-in process. Check-in was done over video call at the counter, it took a while for the reception (non local) to answer, the call was only pick at the very end of second attempt. Overall, the location is convenient with a short distance to the airport, and the apartment itself looks clean and well-maintained. A decent stay despite the slightly slow check-in experience.

I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

The hotel is easy to find. The receptionist was a very polite and well-mannered elderly gentleman who helped us check in, confirmed our airport transfer time, and reminded us of the precautions for using the hot springs. The room was indeed small and showed signs of age, but it was still clean and tidy. As a temporary accommodation, we were quite satisfied. There's an Aeon Mall just five minutes away, with a wide variety of goods at reasonable prices, much cheaper than at the airport.

The hotel is in good location in Chitose, it is just few steps away in Chitose station and close to Lawson and 7/11. Few minutes away from the airport, bus will be easier transport choice from New Chitose Airport to reach this hotel specially if carrying more baggage as the bus stop is just almost in front of the hotel entrance. There is also a scheduled shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport.

The amenities were great and well-stocked. The bathroom was spacious, and the toilet was separate, which made the room feel large and open. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again.

住宿的地方周圍有很多吃飯的地方，旁邊就是便利店，便利店對面就有一個日式居酒屋，裏面的烤雞肉好吃。 跟之前住的地方比這裏房間內的空間很大。我們是兩個人住兩天時間比較匆忙。廚房設施齊全，下次可以多叫一些朋友在這裏多住幾天，買當地新鮮的食材一起體驗做飯了。 除了空調外還有電熱暖氣，4月北海道雖然還有些冷但是屋內不冷。 總體來説還可以的。 下次去北海道的時候還會再來住。
