Very specious and modern. It has a washer and dryer. Easy check out. Conveniently located 4 min from the airport.

Convenient location, easy to check in and out with keyless entry and exit. Modern and newish apartment and we'll equipped with everything you need. Easy and plenty of parking. If you need a quick layover stay this would be a good choice. Also lots of rental car companies are walking distance from the apartment if you want to pick up the first thing the next morning.

The room was clean and big enough for families 8pax..all the utilities also provided and clean. The location was very near to car rental..easier to pick up and drop off..

It’s generally easy to find and short walking distance from the train station. However, it’s not ideal to travel without a car to this hotel. Beyond this, it pretty much offers what makes a comfortable stay.

The apartment is very clean and cozy. All amenities are great in the rooms. There's free parking with quite a lot of lots behind the building. Location was easily accessible by car. Easy check-in & check-out process.

A bit skeptical after reading all the reviews about the troublesome check-in process. Check-in was done over video call at the counter, it took a while for the reception (non local) to answer, the call was only pick at the very end of second attempt. Overall, the location is convenient with a short distance to the airport, and the apartment itself looks clean and well-maintained. A decent stay despite the slightly slow check-in experience.

The Good: - Room is big (enough for 3 person). - Toilet & Bathroom are Separated. - Have Stove, Microwave oven, utensils, etc. - Easy to rent car as there are many car rental shops nearby. - only 1 station from airport. The Bad: - No people stationed after office hours. Need to use tablet at reception to talk to a "Cloud Receptionist" thru' web call. - Their speaking English is not bad but thru' web calls is not exactly clear. - The door safety guard lock is already broken (see picture) when we arrived. Reported to the "Cloud Receptionist" but he is not able to help after having difficulties explaining to them especially the web cam is not working when I call. Unable to show them the photos. They asked me to email the photos to them but their email inbox is full & got delivery failure. After a long waste of time & knowing they are unable to help (they try to), we just forget it. Hoping that the PIN of our room door is not known by others as it is the only security that lock the door. - There is a step just before the "beds" (which are just mattresses on the floor) caused many tripping. - No shops nearby that can buy food. The walk from Minami Chitose station is ok about less than 10mins but the ground is a bit uneven & empty at night. Not easy if luggage is big & alone.
