From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for my entire trip to Hanoi. While the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, it is the incredible staff that makes this place unforgettable. I want to extend a massive thank you to Shen, Stella, and Jasmine, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing stellar local recommendations, assisting with arrangements, or just checking in on my day with a smile, their attentiveness and professionalism were world-class. Stella went out of the way to get a recommended Vietnamese ice coffee for me from outside the hotel, knowing I would like to try local coffee! Shen was so kind as to offer a free upgrade for my room, which is a real pleasant surprise! Further, he patiently recommended local tour options, without me asking. The rest of the team was equally amazing—every single interaction I had with the staff was filled with kindness and a true dedication to excellent service. "I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but it was surprisingly easy to find, and I didn't get lost. The surrounding area offered many dining and cafe options. It was an attractive location with a calm atmosphere, yet you could still catch glimpses of local life. What was particularly helpful during my stay was being able to communicate with the host via LINE. For a Japanese person, this was incredibly smooth and reassuring. They readily accommodated requests for toilet paper refills and towel changes. Furthermore, there were many instances where I felt their hospitality, such as free snacks and water service, and free-to-use washing machines and dryers (one of each). The closet was also large, so I had no trouble organizing my luggage. Above all, I felt that the quietness at this location and the price made it extremely good value for money. However, there were a few concerns regarding hygiene and security. First, the inside of the refrigerator was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, so I ended up not using it at all. Also, there was water left in the electric kettle, presumably from the previous guest, which gave me the impression that the cleaning of the wet areas was not thorough, and that was disappointing. Regarding security, the master card was left next to the door without a lock, which made me uneasy. For safety, I kept the master card inside my room during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent cost performance. I feel that if the cleaning and other issues were improved, I would be able to recommend it to others with more confidence."

"The hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarters. It provides excellent breakfast man by a crew is very well trained and friendly staff. One particular staff, Ms phem is especially engaging as she talks to each customer, getting to know them as they come in for breakfast. She can converse in English very well too. I like their facilities such as the infinity pool, jacuzzi etc. The only negative is that during my stay, there was construction nearby, and it always happens around midnight."

"Almost Everything was perfect! The hotel has his own kitchen so you can cook or keep food in a fridge! I didn’t hear motorbikes, because the window face the inner side! Not the wall of next building! There is some kind of gym, but some machines are broken! Soundproofing is normal, but you can hear loud screams! Unfortunately, the bed was typically Asian hard, but mattress was like a new! So the advise for hotel is to have 1-3 soft mattresses for European guests who value softness! There is also laundry and a lot of places to have rest, or for meetings , or make online job.."

"Stayed in la sinfonia when we traveled to Hanoi. A very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were given free welcome drinks and some snacks which was a nice gesture . The hotel room is spacious enough for me ,my husband and daughter. The room is clean but the furniture is starting to look old though. The location is excellent. Quiet and yet minutes walk to the busy old street. Breakfast food is good and ingredients are fresh. There is a café just opposite the hotel which serves good Vietnamese coffee. A nice place to chill."

"This hotel has a charming French ambiance and an unbeatable location. It's a mere 5-10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral, surrounded by unique cafes, and also offers a glimpse into the daily life of ordinary Hanoians. The hotel facilities are elegant and pristine, the hygiene is excellent, and the breakfast offers a mix of Western and Vietnamese options. The staff are professional and friendly. On my check-in day, which was my birthday, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a chocolate mousse to help me celebrate – truly a heartwarming touch. Highly recommend!"

"It's located in a back alley. Within walking distance, there's a beer street, stylish cafes, and a convenience store, so you won't have any trouble finding food. Train Street is also a short walk away. The lockers for luggage are a good size, so I felt safe during my stay. The fact that the breakfast buffet is included at this price is almost too good to be true. I highly recommend it to backpackers."

"I stayed here for a few days on a business trip to Hanoi. The hotel is located right across from Hanoi Old Railway Station, so it's quite noisy, and there's also a construction project nearby, which contributes to a lot of noise and dust outside the hotel. The interior environment and hygiene are decent, comparable to budget hotels in China. The hotel's decor is quite interesting, deliberately incorporating some train elements, and the facilities are very new, giving the impression it hasn't been open for too long. Breakfast is average, they have pho, which is enough to fill you up. Service is acceptable, with daily housekeeping. It seems the hotel hosts many tour groups, as the hallways can be quite noisy at times. Overall, I think it's pretty good, and I'd consider staying here again in the future."

"This hotel has a French flair and a super convenient location, right by Hoan Kiem Lake. We could walk to the Water Puppet Theater, Turtle Tower, and even our overnight bus pick-up point within three minutes. The service was absolutely fantastic! We accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on when we went out and found our room hadn't been cleaned when we returned. Immediately, they arranged for water and fresh towels to be brought up and even comped our drinks at the sky bar. When they found out we were catching a late bus, they proactively offered shower facilities for us."
