Mountain view Hotels in Hanoi

We had a 9-hour layover in Hanoi overnight, booked this hotel, and didn't regret it one bit. We were with a child, and it was important for us to crash into bed as quickly as possible after our flight from Cam Ranh. Pros: 1. The hotel is literally a 5-minute drive from both the international and domestic terminals. 2. We were greeted at the front desk by a super friendly guy who also spoke excellent English. He quickly explained everything and checked us in. 3. You usually don't expect much from an airport hotel, but here we got a perfectly clean room, pristine white linens, and everything was brand new. It was incredibly pleasant to get even just 5 hours of sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows. 4. The hotel offers breakfast (eggs in various styles, fruit, toast, pastries, Asian specialties, yogurt), and it's served from 6 AM, which was perfect for us as we checked out at 6:45 AM. 5. The complimentary transfer from the hotel to the airport is another big plus! There was only one downside – Grab doesn't find the hotel by name. So, when we called a taxi, we had to show the driver on the map exactly where Horizon was located, as Grab stubbornly kept routing us to a different hotel called Noi Bai Hotel.

Anna Noi Bai bas just been completely renovated and is installed with modern fixtures and fittings. Proprietor Anna is extremely friendly and helpful, you will love their family style sand prompt ervices. Location is excellent,is closed to the airport, and with 24-hour check

This is a luxury place! I booked a bungalow for my birthday and they then made an appreciation to the class of luxury. The territory is beautiful. The houses are clean. Everything breathes by nature, very quiet. In the restaurant delicious food and cocktails. Breakfast is also magnificent and quite a big choice in the menu.

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation Otherwise a real wow experience

We were vacationing in Da Nang and booked this hotel near Hanoi airport for one night, as we had a very early onward flight from Hanoi. Fiorus Airport Hotel is very close to the international terminal, I believe about 2 km. The hotel pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect it to be so good. It's new, clean, and our room was very spacious, even with a small balcony. It has both air conditioning and a fan, which is very convenient as not everyone likes AC. Everything you need is in the room. The linens and towels were all clean and fresh, not worn out. The staff were responsive, greeted us, and helped with our luggage. Some reviews mention not being able to sleep due to airplane noise, but you have to understand that the hotel's location caters to passengers with layovers in Hanoi. If you want to avoid airplane noise, you should book a hotel further away from the airport in Hanoi city itself. And earplugs are always an option. We slept perfectly fine without them. The hotel staff can arrange airport transfers upon request for an additional fee. I recommend this hotel!

Nói chung là ở chỗ này tạm ổn. Mặc dù không được refill nước suối mỗi ngày. Lúc vào sẽ cần phải check thiếu đồ gì để còn bảo với lễ tân để fill. Lễ tân sẽ ko on được buổi tối để hỗ trợ mình. Nhưng buổi sáng thì có. Mạng yếu. Và đường đi thì lúc đầu mình tưởng là đi vào lối mòn đường bùn cơ. Đường đi về ko có đèn nên chắc nên về sớm chút.

I had a great vacation at this apartment! The living space is breathtakingly beautiful, clean and decent, making me feel relaxed from the moment I set foot in. The location is so ideal, making it easy for me to explore the city. The host is extremely cute and friendly, responding to all my questions quickly. I really don't want to leave and promise to come back here as soon as possible!

The room was as expected, even bigger. Close to the airport with all the necessary facilities. The staff is very welcoming. The place is surrounded by little convenience stores if needed and there’s a possibility to order something to the hotel.
