"The front desk staff were all very polite and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. The bedding in the room had a slight musty smell, and the shower design in the bathroom was a bit odd – you couldn't stand to shower without getting water all over the floor. Showering in the bathtub while seated felt a bit cramped. However, it's very convenient for getting to the airport; a Grab ride took less than 15 minutes. It's a great place to stay the night before your return journey, and there are three convenience stores directly opposite and nearby the hotel."

"We came to Padma Resort for just one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and honestly, it became one of the most beautiful and special moments of our entire trip. From the very first minute, we felt genuinely cared for. Every single member of staff we met was incredibly warm, polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether it was at reception, during breakfast and dinner, or with anything related to our room, everyone treated us with such kindness and a sincere smile. We are so happy that we chose Padma Resort for such an important day for us. Our 10th anniversary could not have been more beautiful. "I do love this resort so much😭❤️ This place perfectly got the vibe I was looking for in Bali. Thanks to the beautiful pool nestled in the jungle, the pleasant room conditions, and the friendly staff, my vacation was truly special and enjoyable. The private yoga class with Ms.Angga at Mantra pavilion made my day and it was a great experience for me🧘 She is so kind and enegetic❤️ I could feel that she really cared about me. And I really thank you for the delicious birthday cake😭❤️🎂 I really enjoyed it! The omelet at breakfast was good and since I had some time before heading to the airport after checking out, I had Pisa Goreng at the restaurant, which was really tasty🍌 100% recommend here!"

"The best hotel so far! Great location 6-10 mins to the beach by walk, a good pick up point for many tours. Very helpful staff, everyone is so welcoming and attentive. The room was amazing, enough space, privet bath, clean. Very quiet, you won't hear any street noise here which I was missing so much in other hotels. And overall, the room is so appealing. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed my staying there so much that I extended my time one more night. Definitely recommend choosing this hotel."

"The hotel is close to the airport, so the journey was short. I requested a pickup from the hotel in advance, and everything was easy. While I was collecting my luggage at the airport, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp and waited for me at the exit. The hotel is fantastic: the facilities, the large and quiet room with air conditioning and no mosquitoes, the breakfast, the bed, the bathroom – everything was clean, lovely, and comfortable, and the staff were charming. After more than 24 hours of travel, arriving at this place was a stroke of luck. I travel alone and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We enjoy our stay at The Komu Canggu Bali where many eateries (local food and brunch cafe) are located within the vicinity. Starbuck , Pickleball court , 24 hours mart, massage , Secret Garden are ＜200m away. Not to forget Finns Beach Club is also walking distance. A special thanks to the front desk crew Edwin and a few of them for being so friendly and recommended a lot must try restaurant in Canggu and Ubud, we will definitely come again ❤️"

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️"

"Service was excellent, each time we called in reception, they got to our room in no more than 3mins. They were all happy to help, with smiles all the time. The bed was really comfortable and HUGE. The room was suuuuper spacious as well. However, we felt that the room’s cleanliness and attention to detail could be better. The bidet, light switches and bedside table tops were oily & not wiped down properly. Room service food was lacking as well - pizza crust tasted like biscuit… mango & banana smoothie didn’t taste anything like the fruits. brownie was good tho it was a tiny portion… Amenities wise, the gym was very dusty & untouched. One of the treadmills could not be turned on as well. Overall not very well maintained but honestly cant expect much bc its quite a small hotel. Pool was alright - just that they could work on making a higher/deeper barrier/ drainage system bc the pool water kept splashing out to the walkway pavement. The walls are not sound proof, we could hear alot of talking outside & there was loud construction early in the morning at 8am which the reception did not warn us about as well. Overall given the price, i would say its pretty worth it if you don’t mind these small flaws. I would say that the service of the staff made me look past some of these flaws. But they definitely do have to work on them."

"Everything was just perfect. SUPER WORTH THE PRICE! My whole stay felt like something out of The White Lotus. Stayed here for 4 nights, and my family and I were pleased with everything about our stay. We've stayed in 5-star hotels and resorts throughout our lives, but nothing beats our experience here. I would say we were very surprised with every aspect of our stay. Service was top-notch. The check-in experience was just lovely; the senior butler assisted us, and she came over to where we were sitting instead of us having to stand around or sit by the check-in desk. We were delivered to our rooms using a buggy and were given a detailed room tour and an introduction to hotel facilities. We stayed here through Nyepi, but the hotel operated almost at normal capacity just with a few adjustments which we didn't mind at all. Rooms exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, more than comfortable and we had a view of the beach from the balcony. They provided us with top-of-the-class amenities such as toiletries by Sensatia, super high performance hair dryer (this is important), and bath bombs! Food was awesome. We had 2 dinners in Flow Restaurant and it was suffice to say that they have a wide variety of menu selections. The food they served was very proper and actually delicious, not the regular hotel restaurant food that would taste mediocre. They serve a la carte all-you-can-eat breakfast menu, where you can order anything you like from the menu with no limit! I would say breakfast food was actually good, something you normally get from brunch cafes in Bali. The resort also provides a range of in-house activities such as pilates and gym classes, which we participated in to pass our day during Nyepi. They also have a very big pool that has direct access to the beach, and poolside area was very much pleasant. People were sunbathing and just chilling by the pool, enjoying the atmosphere and the sunny Bali weather. The whole hotel staff was extremely friendly, we would be greeted with smiling faces wherever we go, and they would also strike up a friendly conversation at times. I would like to hand a shoutout to the senior butler, Kak Putri, and Gus Wira, who made our stay a pleasant one. I have recommended this resort to 3 of my friends, and will continue to do so."

"The nearest beach is a twenty-five-minute walk from the hotel, and the breakfasts are modest and unvaried. The rooms are in quite good condition. The hotel has a small grounds area along with a pool, though the water in the pool wasn't very clean. At the same time, the staff is very responsive and always provided necessary assistance upon request."
