the staff were humble. hotel location is prime. the customer services is quick and responsive if there's anything. overall good experienced, I'd say 8.5/10 bcs the amenities were only given to me on my last day 😂

This hotel has a fantastic design. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and they're thoughtfully equipped with everything guests could need: an electric kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a fridge, hangers, an iron, and a safe box. It's also very conveniently located, just two stops from the city center's Central Station. The Noord metro station is only a two or three-minute walk from the hotel. This area feels very safe and quiet, and both the bathroom and room are quite spacious. Plus, there's a supermarket right next to the hotel, which is super handy for buying things. Highly recommended!

We booked a family room for 4. Checked in was swift, most staff were friendly. Location wise, will need to travel 3 stops to Amsterdam Centraal but in consideration that the station is just a stone away from the hotel it wasn’t an issue. Room was spacious and clean, the generous coffee capsulesand tea bags were awesome because Amsterdam generally is not cheap. Though the room is somewhat costly but the comfort, cleanliness supersedes all. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Fantastic location right beside Noord Station and Bus Interchange. There was also a supermarket and food hub next door. You can reach Centraal in just 2 stops. The room is tastefully decorated and we especially liked the high beds with 2 niches for luggage storage - both beds were long enough for 1.8m persons. The toilet is spacious and the staff were amazing. Would stay here again! Very quiet! 🌟

The room is spacious unlike the ones in downtown Amsterdam. Despite it’s not located downtown but it’s only 2 mins from metro station Noord and so still convenient to get to downtown or to the airport . Generally speaking value for money .

Everything looked almost new and quite clean. Location was exceptional being 2 stops from Centraal, which has a dedicated bus to Zaanse Schans.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and two stops from Amsterdam Centraal. The rooms are decent, and the cleanliness is good. The front desk staff were friendly and provided thoughtful service. The surrounding area has a few small restaurants and a supermarket, but larger supermarkets are a bit further away.

The location was amazing just few steps from noord station and took around 10 mins to center of Amsterdam. The room was very big and clean. Highly recommend! and I would love to be back again.
