Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area.
If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

One of the best hotel with breakfast i do recommend, variety of foods and drinks, Italian Pasta, American breakfast and many more. Everything absolutely delicious. The room very comfortable and good location.
Staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great! The room was comfortable, clean, and had enough storage and space for luggage. The hotel was nice, the pool is really fun! Also, they had bubbles in the elevator lobby one night?? So fun!! :)

Location is good, close to many things you need: Ferry pier to islands, fish market, temple/ small beach within city, shopping avenue and 美榮站monorail. Rooftop swimming pool is highlight, if it’s free of charge from 7pm-11pm that be excellent. I went at 4pm and just me there was perfect. Wish more ppl swim and fewer ppl take pic at pool for bragging in social media , they kinda disturbing with fancy swim suit and drinks in hands 😝. Pic showed bubbles blow around 8pm, super romantic and calming and peaceful.
Another highlight:Pajamas is a surprise, soft and fit and comfy. I stayed in double room and is a bit small for 2 persons. One is good enough though

A great place to stay at for location to the port to take ferries, easy to catch buses to many tourist places and nice walking distance tourist shopping. The best part of this hotel though is it cleanliness , helpful staff and breakfast brunch.
