The standard rooms have no view and are poorly located. The food was mediocre and the location was completely isolated. If you don't plan on leaving the resort, it's fine. There are 3 restaurants, but they almost all serve the same food for lunch and dinner, and it really wasn't good for us. If you like Moroccan food, it's probably fine. There's a 20-minute shuttle to the Medina/souk.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly overall. We got a spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Cleanliness was top notch. There are a lot of swimming pool, and we never had a hard time finding sunbeds available. The interior heated pool was beautiful and very calm because it is adult only. We enjoyed the padel court and the other facilities. We had a lot of fun at the Aquapark (plenty of water slides to choose from). There are three main restaurants (Asian, Morrocan and "international"). The Asian buffet is quite smaller and didn't have a nice range of dishes. The international one is bigger and has more choices but tends to be repetitive. The Morrocan was also a bit small but the quality was great. Overall food was ok. There are some animations throughout the day (ends at 10pm ish) for the kids and for adults which were pleasant and fun. We spent a great weekend and made good memories at this hotel. We definitely recommend!

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

The hotel facilities are excellent, with numerous pools and hot springs. The food selection is diverse and delicious, and the bar offers complimentary drinks, including expertly crafted cocktails that are both beautiful and tasty. You could easily spend an entire day, from morning to night, enjoying everything the hotel has to offer and still not experience it all!

We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and the attentive service from all the staff, who were always available and courteous. The reception team deserves a special mention for their professionalism and great friendliness. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mouad, whose kindness and service-mindedness were truly remarkable. He even took the initiative to speak to the bus driver so we could take our luggage on our excursion, saving us a trip back to the hotel and precious time. Impeccable service that we really want to highlight.
