Extremely close to the train station, making it super easy to catch a train. Getting to the airport is also just a 15-minute train ride. The interior facilities are quite good, but the room was too hot. They provided a fan, but it only circulates air, it's not an air conditioner, and it only has three settings. The room seemed clean at first glance, but in the evening when I went to shower, I saw the previous guest's used towel still hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. The self check-in process was a bit confusing and not very convenient.

No front desk, no service, and no air conditioning. With temperatures at 38 degrees Celsius, the only fan available was ineffective. It was impossible to stay there. They refused to refund the remaining nights when I checked out early, so I was forced to waste money and book another hotel next door that had AC. In short, I do not recommend this place.

This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the central train station. The rooms are well-equipped, including a small kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. It's incredibly easy to get to all of Vienna's attractions from here, whether by tram, bus, or train. I strongly advise against staying here in the summer as the rooms only have a fan and no air conditioning.

I stayed in Vienna for 3 nights and booked a hotel right by the station, so the location was excellent and very convenient. I even managed a day trip to Budapest and Prague, starting early in the morning, which was comfortable! The hotel is very clean and has a water dispenser. I personally loved having laundry facilities... However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and since the temperature was over 30 degrees during my stay, it was too hot to sleep. They really should install AC. It was much cooler outside. Also, the check-in process, as many reviews mentioned, was quite complicated. I think they should have at least one staff member dedicated to assisting guests. Everyone seemed to be struggling with it.

Located right next to Vienna's train station, this place feels more like a student dorm. There's no front desk, which means no luggage storage service. Be aware that there's no air conditioning, so you'll have to open the windows. However, since it's in the city center, noise can be an issue. When it's hot, you only get a fan. During my stay, it was scorching, and I never thought I'd be fanning myself in a hotel room. The hairdryer looked melted and felt sticky to the touch. Check-in is self-service. The Belvedere Palace is about a 10-minute walk away.

Checking in with the staff was smooth. While the room had an induction hob and microwave, which I didn't need, what I really wanted was a capsule coffee machine. The biggest drawback was the lack of USB sockets, making charging extremely inconvenient.

This was a wonderful hotel – clean and close to the station. It has decent self-catering facilities and is near a supermarket, which makes it easy to save money on dinner. We bought cheese from a nearby supermarket and made cheese fondue. The area around the hotel also felt very safe.

The self-service check-in and check-out were very convenient, and it was great to have a kitchen in the room to cook my own meals. The bathroom was also spacious. It's very close to the train station, making transportation easy.
