MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special.
One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome.
The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that.
Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned.
There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride.
Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing.
It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

The laundry service was very efficient, and my clothes came back clean and tidy. In the evening, the turndown service was meticulous, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the service from all staff members was professional and warm-hearted. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

YYiyiyaoayaoMy child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try.
I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card.
Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue.
As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the city center, making getting around incredibly convenient. With excellent transportation links all around, popular shopping districts and attractions are very close by. Whether it's for shopping, dining, or sightseeing, there's no need for long journeys, saving a lot of travel time—it's perfect for anyone visiting Shanghai.
The most delightful surprise was the room's view. It offered a wide, clear panorama overlooking the Suzhou Creek. During the day, the river flows peacefully and serenely, exuding the soothing ambiance unique to urban waterways. As night falls, the lights along both banks gradually illuminate, with gentle light strips stretching along the river. The light reflections dance on the water, and as the evening breeze blows, the ripples shimmer softly, creating an incredible atmosphere.
There's no need to brave crowded attractions; you can simply stay in your room and enjoy the ever-changing scenery of the Suzhou Creek, from day to night. After a busy day of sightseeing, gazing quietly at the river view outside the window feels as if the city's hustle and bustle are completely shut out. Your mind gradually calms, and fatigue melts away.
This hotel's greatest highlights are its prime location coupled with the calming Suzhou Creek views. Having such a relaxing viewing experience in the city center is exceptionally rare. My overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, with no disappointments.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy city river views; it offers outstanding value for money. The next time I visit Shanghai, this hotel will definitely be my top choice again.

**Facilities:** Even though it's an older hotel, I was initially worried the facilities might be outdated. But when I arrived, I realized there was no need to worry at all. The overall vibe is one of rich heritage and understated luxury, without feeling old-fashioned. I personally loved it.
**Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent; I didn't notice any issues.
**Environment:** Simply fantastic. Both the hotel itself and the guests staying there collectively create an atmosphere that made me feel it was truly great value for money.
This is a hotel with genuinely sincere service and a superb location, well worth experiencing. I absolutely loved it.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the location, room decor, and service were all exceptional – truly superb. From the room, you can enjoy stunning views of the Bund and Pudong, as you can see from the pictures. The hotel's long corridor is located within the historic Shanghai Club building, which is fantastic for photos. Due to traffic restrictions, food delivery isn't available, but there are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Now for the negatives: the breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre, which doesn't quite match the hotel's caliber. Also, the restaurant was quite cold, so those wearing dresses or shorts in summer should be aware. The hot water in the bathroom sink wasn't working. A technician came to fix it, and it worked for a bit, but by the afternoon, it was cold again.

GGuest UserWe’ve been staying in the Cool corner room 3 of us with my 8yo son for three nights. Room was perfect, design was exciting, the extravagant room/bathroom combination is stunning.
Breakfast was offering 5star quality options for kids as well.
No better place to take photos about Shanghai skyscrapers and the Bund.
We understand the outdoor pool closes early as it’s just next to the bar, but it was difficult to explain to my son ;-)
Easy transportation, DiDi or metro just right at the door, also there are many options for dinner in the hotel or nearby.

TTushigeethe hotel smells good, location is good and overall the room itself is very comfortable. not to mention the air condition is quite nice aswell. pretty convenient to order goods online because they will be in the 1st floor. and i could see 1000 tree mall from my room as well. one downside would be some of the wall chargers were not working at all. other than that exceptional stay if i say so myself
