"The staff here are absolutely wonderful. As soon as I got out of the taxi, someone was there to help with my luggage and carried it all the way to my room. They even upgraded me from a single to a double room! The room itself was spotless and came with complimentary fruit and yogurt. There's a wake-up call service available in the morning. The staff were incredibly patient when my flight was delayed, and I had to change my airport transfer time multiple times. The driver who took me to the airport was also excellent, helping me with my bags. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"The hotel's overall service really needs a lot of improvement. For airport transfers, you have to actively call and ask the hotel; they won't contact guests in advance to inform them of the times. Upon check-in, there were no welcome drinks, no one helped carry luggage to the room, and no one introduced the room facilities. Regarding airport transfers, they don't confirm and tally the number of people for each flight in advance. Instead, everyone just waits in the lobby, which is very disorganized. Today, I missed the 6 AM shuttle. I thought there was a wake-up service and almost missed my flight (I caught it because the flight was delayed by over an hour due to weather). I felt terrible 👎. Aside from the airport transfer, there were no highlights, but even that one service wasn't handled well. The only good review is for the delivery robot; the robot brought my takeout right to my room door. The service is worse than the robot's!"

"It was quite a comfortable stay for the whole duration of our stay in Beijing. Room we had was very comfortable if you have big luggages. It didn’t have a window as well but it didn’t matter as we are mostly outside. Room crevice had slight dust which can be improved. Additionally, it was a strategic place as its nearby to tourist attractions (qianmen street, zhengyangmen where you get to do your itinerary to the great wall). It also has good amenities (lotion, shaving set, and a shoe horn) which you rarely see in other hotels 😅 As we checked out, front desk was also kind to assist us in booking didi taxi. All in all, I definitely recommend this place!! Thank you so much 💖"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location in close proximity to both the subway and train station. The reception staff were notably professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met with efficiency. While the hotel is conveniently situated, guests should be aware that it is accessed via a narrow alleyway. Consequently, ride-share or taxi drivers may occasionally choose to drop passengers at the main road or the nearest intersection rather than the front entrance. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary coffee provided at reception, which added great value to our experience."

"The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent. After landing, I contacted the hotel, and the staff informed me exactly where to meet. I was quickly taken to the hotel. The departure shuttle runs on the hour, and you can book it with the front desk staff; it leaves right on time. The hotel's hot water dispenser was broken, but a staff member immediately boiled a kettle for me. I was very satisfied with their service. The room had a heater, which kept it very warm. I was also happy with the other basic amenities. We only stayed one night, so there were no complaints."

"I stayed at MeiChen Hotel right inside the terminal of Beijing Daxing International Airport, and overall, it was very convenient for our travel needs. The location is superb - just a short 15-minute walk to the hotel from the main door, easy to find using the signboards, which made catching an early flight stress-free. The room was clean enough and comfortable with quality bedding, and check-in was smooth, though the staff who handled us was not not really friendly. Luckily, the helpful manager was there to guide us to the location of our room. Our room was quite far from the main door and took us a while to reach it. Tip - use the trolley to carry your luggage as it was hard to push it on the carpeted floor. The room was small but sufficient if you can manage the space efficiently, but the soundproofing isn’t the best. Amenities were provided and sufficient. They have a 24-hr front desk but didnt really ask anything once we were in the room. Great choice if you want an easy access to the airport and a hassle-free stopover for early flight!"

"My stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an almost perfect experience, with every detail leaving a lasting impression. First, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Elaine Xia from the front desk. Her warm smile and professional, meticulous service made us feel a genuine sense of belonging right from check-in. What was even more impressive was her proactive care throughout our subsequent stay. She checked in with us daily, quickly and efficiently responding to and handling all our needs, truly embodying the meaning of 'a home away from home.' The hotel's Executive Lounge was a major highlight of our stay. Located on the 17th floor, it operates from 6:30 AM until 9:30 PM, with extended hours that perfectly accommodate various schedules. Whether it was starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a pleasant afternoon tea, having a light meal in place of dinner, or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the lounge consistently offered high-quality food and a comfortable environment, significantly enhancing the convenience and sense of luxury of our stay. Most unforgettable was the hotel's exceptional location and views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Executive Lounge or our own guest room, national landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum were all clearly visible, like a flowing historical scroll unfolding outside our window. The serene solemnity of the morning and the dazzling brilliance of the night gave this trip an extraordinary sense of awe and memory. This was my first time staying eight consecutive nights at one hotel. In summary, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel perfectly exemplifies the standards of a five-star hotel with its top-notch facilities, unparalleled location, and the excellent service provided by staff members like Elaine Xia. MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

LLuoyeThis hotel, located near Qianmen, boasts exquisite decor and a tranquil, elegant ambiance. They offer complimentary traditional costumes for guests to try on and take photos, with a professional partner photographer who captures stunning shots within the courtyard. The facilities are very practical: the rooms are well-heated, and the hot water supply is stable, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The service is attentive and thoughtful; front desk staff proactively helped with opening doors and carrying luggage, and provided warm ginger tea upon check-in. The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. Overall, this is a distinctive hotel, perfect for travelers looking to experience the charm of old Beijing while enjoying comfortable and convenient accommodation. Highly recommended.

Xxh121Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff are warm and generous, and the hotel has a youthful style. There are entertainment facilities on the ground floor, making it convenient for tea and chats. I stayed alone, and I thought the room layout was quite clever. It seems like one large space, but the bathroom area can be separated by a curtain, which wouldn't be an issue for two people. It's very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and you can even take the Airport Express from Exit A. There are malls, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The soundproofing is lacking; I was woken up by loud voices in the hallway while sleeping in the morning. Finally, a [suggestion]: it would be great if there was a small folding stool in the room for luggage. It's quite rare in domestic hotels, and it's really inconvenient to organize luggage while crouching on the floor.

MM512235****This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

GGuest UserThe place is very convenient - near the subway & at the end of Qianmen Avenue, with Lawson just across the street. Booked this hotel because of positive reviews but my room was so hot during winter. I think the positive reviews depends heavily on luck & which room u get!  It was -3 instead but 30-32degC inside. Upon asking the front desk, they got me to off the air conditioner entirely. I also opened my door to allow for fresh air but it only dipped 1deg per hour. By that time I really wanted to sleep, it was 27 degC. Even for someone coming from Singapore, it was rly hot and stuffy in the room.  I called front desk again & they could only bring me fans (2 small ones, of which one couldn’t work) as there were no alternative rooms. They asked that I try sleeping w that, but I couldn’t. So I called them again, and asked if I could get a refund and just move to another hotel. They said it’s impossible so I contacted Trip.com, and while I was doing so, I shared my frustration w front desk (tired from long flights & travels, rly wanting to sleep).  She checked and found me a room upstairs (what happened to no other rooms available?). They moved me there to sleep, allowing me to leave my luggage at the original room. The next day, I came back, packed and had to leave my luggage at the lobby while waiting for the new room.  The new room was much better as it had 2 small windows to allow air exchange despite the heater.

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

WWangxiaoguai510Excellent value for money!!!!! The surrounding amenities are very convenient, and it's newly renovated. Honestly, you won't find a hotel of this caliber in Beijing for this price. The service is also great; they basically meet all your needs. The breakfast is also very generous; I thought it would be simple for such a low price, but they even have a coffee machine. The only drawback might be the lack of central air conditioning, as it's an older wall-mounted unit. However, for Beijing, where there's no heating, being able to turn on the hot air whenever you want is actually quite comfortable.
