LLigoumaologThis Ritz-Carlton is relatively new in Europe. The rooms are quite large, the facilities are quite new, and the decoration style makes people feel relaxed. The hotel also gave some small desserts when checking in, and they were replenished every day, which was very thoughtful. The staff was enthusiastic and proactive, and all kinds of services were worthy of the price. The breakfast was half buffet and half a la carte, very delicious, with a very rich variety, very satisfied!

LLeeGilbertFive star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

WWusula88I requested a high-floor room, and the hotel thankfully accommodated. The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view – absolutely perfect, and the service deserves a special mention. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, Sony Center, and Potsdamer Platz. Right in front of the hotel, there's also a section of the Berlin Wall and the ruins of Hotel Esplanade, which survived the war. From my floor, I had easy access to the gym, sauna, and pool. The sauna is a dry sauna, and the pool is quite nice.

GGuest UserWe booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;) The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice. The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night. Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.

GGuest UserThe location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant,bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

GGuest UserThe hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros

GGuest UserWir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
