GGuest UserGreat Hotel to stay in Berlin / very centrall
Rooms are great and super clean
Walkwise you will reach Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain in about 10-15 Minutes

GGuest UserA really nice and clean hotel with well-appointed rooms, and the small kitchenette with a fridge is a perfect addition.
The location right near Checkpoint Charlie is superb. There are small cafes around, as well as McDonald's and KFC where you can eat relatively cheaply.
The room cleaning wasn't great because we seemed to always be in the room at the wrong time. The one time out of three days that the room was cleaned, the trash cans unfortunately weren't emptied.

GGuest UserWe stayed for four nights at the Sana Hotel in an apartment. The accommodation was very nice: clean, bright, and comfortable.
The only downside was the hotel's wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, and hammam), which was unfortunately very difficult to enjoy. It quickly turns into what feels like a water park because many families come with their children and do not respect the rules. The children run, shout, dive, and jump into the pool, and the parents often do the same. It is impossible to enjoy this area, which is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're in the pool or lying on a sun lounger, you end up getting splashed every time someone jumps into the water.
The rules are clearly displayed at the entrance to the wellness area, but there are no hotel staff present to ensure they are respected. The same applies to the rule stating that children are not allowed after 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there were children in the wellness area until 11:00 p.m. every evening during our stay.
This is a real shame, as the wellness area is of little use if you are looking for peace and relaxation.

OOlga HladkikhWe stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV).
The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm.
Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food.

ZZhulianyumuThe room was great, directly opposite the Duomo, and there's a Sichuan noodle restaurant right next door. The location is excellent too, with a subway entrance downstairs. The hotel building is very impressive, and the front desk service was good.

GGuest UserGreat location and well-equipped, including a small kitchenette (though no chef!). The best part was the air conditioning – it was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Excellent value for money. Self-check-in and check-out were convenient. It's right on the border between A and B zones for the subway, and it's only a ten-minute walk if you need to catch a train. There's a large mall nearby with a food court, supermarket, and DM, making it super easy to stock up on essentials. I felt quite safe, as the area is all residential.

KKathyGomez0615The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

GGuest UserNo air conditioning! If you come in the summer during a heatwave, you'll want to die. However, the location is quite good, about an 8-10 minute walk from the train station, and the bus stop isn't far either.

GGuest UserThe facilities are good, the room is very large with a sink in it. There are 2 refrigerators and 4 lockers for 4 people, which is more than enough. Cooking is not possible as the kitchen is not equipped. There are also no cups, plates, or cutlery. Shower soap is not provided, but towels can be rented.
