Quite clean although we found a few hairs and stains on bedsheets and linen. Staff very nice. Overall comfortable stay and great central location

Nice hotel, staff were very nice. Only a short stay. Shame about the drilling next door at 8am for two hours.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

The Room table beside the bed was not clean as expexted. can easily to see the staub under the folie 2. on the entrance door has so many sctrach and see finger print of the door bar, the door of the minibar was broken and obviously to see it is not match to the door and how it can happen as in hilton)  3. no free bottle water ( at least 2 bottles water as standar welcome water  to show the difference as other low star hotels) i have to pay 12euro for two bottles of water which we took.  which is crazy with the high cost of high stars wordwide chain hotel.  4. the park haus entrance is two narrow. with big cars are really difficult to drive in without damage on the top have to pay the park as guest of hilton.  5. the recieption service not so friendly as expected . do not feel wellcome and try to help resolve customer's concerns ( specially when we try to clarify the water in the mini bar) the staff mentioned that actually he can help to move the water out of the check out list but since we ask why it was chaged 14 euro instead of the 12euro. he mentioned now he can not help and have to change 12 now. actually was mistake from him charged wrong ad 14, we just try to clarify, why he need to say like that??) anyway wad just 12 Euro but very bad customer experience. sorry to say that.  was only one night but already enough for us to say Hilton in Berlin is different as in Beijing as we experience but should have same standard with all stuff

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything worked well and the room felt cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were only a couple of minor issues: a bit of mold on the bathroom silicone and some furniture that could use replacement in a few spots. Overall, a good experience.
