Lanshan Apartment Hotel

The room was great, but the Wi-Fi was a bit poor, making it really difficult to cast to the TV. The scenery is beautiful, and it's definitely worth another visit. However, the Western breakfast was a bit of a mess and looked nothing like the pictures.

The room was great! We were traveling with kids, so we contacted the hotel in advance. The lady who helped us was incredibly nice and patient, and even helped us get tickets to the kids' club. The minibar in the room was complimentary, and there were snacks too. The Jinshanling scenery is beautiful. My only regret is that the large lawn was under renovation during our visit. We'll definitely go back if we have the chance!

I took my parents to Jinshanling for a three-day, two-night off-peak getaway. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you'll find restaurants and a bakery, and just a short walk away is a large lawn. The interior environment is simple and quiet. **Service:** What's truly commendable is that I added Si Han from the front desk on WeChat during check-in. She was very gentle and polite in person, and always resolved all our issues promptly. Because I was with my parents, she often anticipated our needs. The next time I go to Jinshanling, I'll definitely look for her again. **Private Hot Spring Experience (2 hours):** We used the private hot spring for two consecutive days. It's indeed much smaller than the one at Wulingshan, and the tea and snacks provided weren't as refined. However, the excellent service made up for it.

Friends went to Anaya Jinshanling for vacation. They did not choose Minsu, but chose Lanshan Apartment Hotel. It turned out to be a very correct decision. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large tatami where everyone can lie down and chat together. The hotel service is very good, and every staff member is very warm and gentle. Special thanks to Miss Gong Mengmeng who received us. She added our WeChat when checking in, helped us arrange the shuttle bus, provided tour and dining information, welcomed fruits, replenished the supplies in the room, and sent delicious winter chestnuts, which made friends unforgettable. It was really meticulous and warm care. It rained on the first night, but fortunately there was a bowl of noodles in the hotel late at night, so we would not be hungry. The hot spring soup is next to the hotel front desk. The environment is very good, very clean and very comfortable. A very perfect accommodation experience, highly recommended

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. I left my earrings in the hotel and they were returned by the hotel staff the next day. The canteen was full in the morning, so we were taken to the second canteen. The service was very considerate and the environment was very photogenic.

Booked a room for a friend. She was deeply moved by the joyful atmosphere of Aranya. It was a good day in early summer. Everything was so comfortable and natural. It was a pity that I didn't see the dog competition. I will make up for it next time.
