Very good hotel, and very good service centrally located. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and made sure all of us had a wonderful time. Will definitely recommend to our family members and will definitely come back and stay again soon.

The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost.

除了位置還不錯，其它沒有任何可取之處。房間很小，衞生間設施跟國內7天最低級的差不多，除了毛巾和香皂什麼都沒有，這個房型沒有浴缸，地面也很斑駁。進到房間直接對羅馬的感受降到冰點。
第一晚空調聲音巨大，哐哐哐根本睡不着。第二天果斷去換房，前台經理態度倒是還好，給換了一間低樓層，地漏味兒，但因為空調聲音稍小，所以還是住了。
房間的設施設備真的太一般了沒有任何質感。
唯一好一點的是早餐的環境還不錯，但服務員也很機械。

中心區域，臨近古蹟公園很大一片綠地➕博物館。服務不錯，但設施有點老舊，頂層小閣樓因為是斜坡有一點點壓抑。房內連續2天沒有提供咖啡茶包等錢，提醒後立刻補了。有免費泡池需提前預約，但衹是温水
